The leaders are required to maintain a balance between the contemporary and classical leadership patterns so as to develop a firm and stable team which will ensure high level of performances and increased productivity with best quality. Moreover, the leaders are also required to organize training sessions on regular basis for the updating of the skills and capabilities of the team mates.
