The operational managers are very much interested in the aspects of process such as quality, speed, flexibility and cost. The aspects of process performance measures are as follows:

• Process capacity: Process capacity measures the output rate of the operations.
• Capacity utilization: It is the process capacity percentage that is actually being used.
• Flow time: The time required by the business process from entry point to exit point
