Profile of Wintergrove Education and Care Service
Wintergrove education and care services will have 20 rooms in its campus. There will be space for 80 children in each room. In each room there will be children from 3 year old to 15 year according to the type of education. There will be 10 educators in each room and the educator to children ratio will be 1:8. Each educator in each room should be at least diploma holder or graduate in their respective subject. There should be at least two years of experience of teaching of each educator. Fresh educator will be provided training before commencement of teaching. The ancillary staff will be administration assistant, cook, waiter, peon, server man etc. There will be total eight hours of operations with half an hour recess and four 10 minutes breaks. WESC will try to provide its best care and education services in Wintergrove.

WESC belongs to an environment which provides the best services in terms of education and care by considering the sustainability of the environment, finding new technology for better performance and fostering with children. WESC wants to be the best education and care service provider in terms of farming.

Organizational gaols of the Wintergrove education and care service are as follows:
For an effective communication, organization will use the social media and email communication. Social media is a great source of communication in the current time. Organization will mainly use Facebook, Twitter and YouTube for communicating with the people. Seminars will also be organized for face to face communication with people of the town. The workers of the organization will move to each area of the town and communicate with them personally and provide awareness and knowledge about necessity of education in crop farming, recycling and timbering.
The overall process of the communication will be evaluated on the basis of the success of the communication plan in the market. A scale will be managed for evaluation process. This scale will have five rankings – Very poor, poor, average, good and very good. After deciding the ranking, the evaluation points will be found on the basis of ranking which will be calculated. These will be assigned a priority. On the basis of those, final rating will be calculated.
Farming educator will be required for providing the education to the students about the crop farming. For this, the candidate should be at least diploma holder in agriculture. There can be mainly three types of jobs for diploma holder in agriculture: trainee, doubt classes and educator. Trainee candidate need not have any experience, doubt class educator should have at least one year of teaching experience and educator should have the experience of more than two years. There will be contract for at least one year in each type of profile. The performance of the educator will be rewarded by providing salary hike or incentive.
With due respect, I want to report to the management committee that our two honourable employees Kant and Leilani shall be busy in packing the lunch boxes and arranging the beds. So, there will not be any person who will brush the children’s teeth. I request the management to provide a person who can fulfil the above duty effectively.
Access and Equity Policy :
Access Policy: No person should be harmed or disadvantaged in performing any process in the organization. Staff of the organization will take the responsibility for taking reasonable steps to support the location as not a barrier.
Equity Policy: The services will be delivered on fair treatment basis. The factors like disability, race, cultural background, gender, religion etc. will not lead to unequal treatment.
Legislation:
It should be the responsibility of each employees to follow the above access and equity policy otherwise legal action will be taken against the employee.

The WESC will actively run 5 days in a week. Two days of holiday will be provided to both staff and students. Each educator will teach for three hours in the classes and will take two hours of doubt classes in WESC. In doubt cases, student can solve their doubts. The staffs have to be present in the site for four days a week. On the active time educator and staff have to be present on the site. Extra 15 days a year paid holiday will be provided to the staffs and the educators. For taking holiday, employees have to give application at least one week before. The holiday will be provided on the basis of availability.

Various NGOs and government organizations will help in fundraising for the organization. Various private organization can also provide funds according to their convenience.
Marketing Plan
For WESC, internet marketing is the best source of marketing. Internet marketing includes the social media marketing, search engine optimization, email marketing, blogging and providing advertisement on the websites. The marketing tools that will be included in the marketing plan of the organization are the hoardings, survey, templates, magazine and newspaper advertising. First of all, for identifying the needs and requirements of the people social media like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube will be used. These social media can help in communicating with the people effectively and efficiently.
After identifying the need and requirement of the people, the education system will be developed and promoted. For the promotion of education system, proper communication theme will be prepared on the basis of the specialities of the organization and needs and requirements of the people. For promotion, Facebook and Twitter advertising, YouTube subscribing facility and email marketing will be used as major source. Other described sources will be used as a secondary source of promotion.
After the implementation of the overall marketing plan, the marketing plan will be evaluated on the basis of the rating system described above in the evaluation of the communication plan. Evaluation of the overall marketing plan is very necessary for future perspective and identifying the level of success of marketing plan.
7P marketing tool is very much appropriate for the marking of the WESC. 7P marketing plan includes Product, place, price, promotion, people process and physical evidence. This marketing tool helps in deciding the overall marketing plan for the products and services. Each part has its own significance in the 7p marketing tool.
Children’s mental health and well-being
Children’s mental health and well-being will be presented to the management in a managed format. The children’s mental health will be presented as a serious task that needs to be evaluated. A well detailed report of each child will be provided to the staff and management for well-being. The report will contain all the details about the health of the children.
