The report is associated with the description of a project that involves the setting up of a café at the car wash. The report consists of the discussions about the project charter. The risks, assumptions and constraints, resources and the stakeholders and the lessons learned from the project are also included in the report.
The scope of this project is to accommodate a café in the car wash. The project would be able to provide the clients who come to the car wash an efficient scope of spending quality time in the café. This would increase the satisfaction of the customers towards the car wash company. However, the organization would be making sure that the customers would only be allowed to avail the services of the café only when they are availing the car wash services.
