During the design and development of the construction projects they have also maintained council constraints and building regulations accordingly. the relevant regulations those are chosen for the construction project include environmental planning and assessment regulations (2000), environmental planning and assessment act 1979 infrastructure planning policy 2007 etc. The regulations of industrial nose policy are also considered by the NSW environmental protection authority.

The other concerns of these projects are to make pollution free and eco friendly environment. However, after analysis of this report some issues associated to these projects are also identified in terms of pollution and poor waste control management system. Another major action that the project manager should have considered before designing the project includes special acoustic design (Grover and Froese 2016). It is learned that, in the residential projects another issue is rapid impact generating from the gym area. In order to design and develop a customer friendly building, feedback are also gathered from the consumers as it is thought that their concern will only be able to design the building in such a way which can reach the consumers objectives.
Apart from this some professional project management tools and techniques are also considered for successful design and development of the construction projects. With the help of these tools a large project can be breakdown in to small parts and for each of the parts individual resources will be assigned. It is the role of assigned resources to accomplish their roles successfully within the allotted cost and time (Mok, Shen and Yang 2015). It is also learned that, the time for all project segments must be designed based on their complexity and some needful external conditions. Before final implementation of the project a target client set should be set for ea c of the projects. In addition to this, value management technology, forecast efficiency are the two other conditions should be considered for the construction projects. Construction tendering is another important aspect of construction project management must be thoroughly considered for the successful implementation of the construction project.
