The minimum penalty is $ 20000 for an individual and body corporate; it is $100000. The person who is running the business or undertaking should implement the consultation according to the procedures when the workers agree the methods of consultation. Furthermore, the procedures must be in accordance with section 48 (Tombs and Whyte 2013).
