Stakeholders are the most important components of a project. Stakeholders are responsible for management of every aspects of a project including planning, control, monitoring and change management. The stakeholder register for this project is shown in the following table.

The role of the finance manager in this project is to manage and allocated the funds provided for the project. He will receive the funds of the project from the project manager and sponsor and will get the budget allocation list as well. Accordingly, he will allocate the budget in several stages during the course of the project. Any request for additional budget will also go to the project manager after the approval of finance manager. |

Human Resources Manager |
He is responsible for managing human resources of the project. His duties include appointment of project workers and contract the sponsor for providing funds. Moreover, other communication requirements are also under his duties and responsibilities. |

The project sponsor is responsible for providing funds for the project. Before approving the funds, the sponsor will analyze the benefits he will gain from the project and the possible potential of the project. If the project sponsor finds these sufficiently satisfactory, he will provide the funds for the project. |

He will bring a team of workers who will work on the project based on the requirements. The contractor is hired using some specific terms and conditions of the contract that must be fulfilled by both the parties. |
