The functionality of the system can be acceptable if it is capable of providing the effective product with the completion of the project life cycle. The pitfalls in the final outcome of the project can requires an inclusion of change management in the operational efficiency of the enterprise. The 12 working principles of the solution methodology helps in attaining quality standard and assurance for increasing the productivity and profitability of the enterprise. With the digital revolution in the current trend and technologies, business have changed their direction towards the platform of digitization to incorporate the cloud service model for providing quality product to the customers at a very faster rate (Mihic, Sertic, and Zavrski, 2014). The digitization of the business process brings efficiency in the management of the resources among the participating units for accelerating the growth of delivery system in satisfying the rising and changing requirement of the customer and the stakeholders.
