Taking personal interview is of employees who have been already working for the organization for proper implication of EEF. Several surveys were conducted on all the hierarchy of the employee base. This leads to the fact that processing of data that is done has high accuracy level, leading to the fact that the evaluation performed are done with proper efficiency (Clemence, Doise & Lorenzi-Cioldi, 2014). Several sets of questionnaire were set for conducting separate surveys in accord to get proper details form the employees of the organization. Taking personal interviews of employees helps in getting more accurate data from the employees. Taking personal interviews of employees of Quasar Communication helped in understanding the flaws the company was having. This data collected through the survey that is taken helps in understanding the scenario of the organization, leading to the fact that more accurate evaluation of data is done.
Quantitative tool is chosen over qualitative analysis as the data that is required for performing evaluation requires proper transcription of data which helps in proper transaction of data regarding the organization. Literary sources provide data that might not be very accurate in nature leading to the fact that evaluation that will be performed will not be very accurate and will not help in proper implementation of EEF.

From this subject I have learnt that implementation of Enterprise Environmental Factors are very important in prosecuting any kind of project as they are equally important in prosecution of any kind of project. I have also learned that quantitative data analysis can provide more accurate data that might help in implementation of Enterprise Environmental Factors efficiently. I have also learnt procedures which might be helpful in performing quantitative analysis. I have gained proficiency in conducting surveys and taking personal interviews. This experience will be very helpful for me as it will help me in future in doing management tasks of companies regarding impact analysis. This will be helpful in analyzing requirement that will help the organization I will be working in and earn a unique space for myself in that company by providing better analytic description to the organization. It has been a good experience overall in completing this process. There have been some bad experiences as well during conducting surveys as people were not very cooperative in nature.
Quasar Communication has been having a major advantage in terms of their cloud computing services. Quasar communication has a very robust infrastructure as the data centers they are depending on, has proper locked cabinets that helps in increasing connectivity of devices that re using their services. Thermal conditioning and secured monitoring helps in trouble shooting of services present in the process. Quasar Communication is well supported with dual underground power grids and backup generators that help the organization in getting proper power supply which increase the efficiency of the organization (Echternkamp, 2017). This helps in backing up of primary and secondary databases of Quasar Communication. The infrastructure if the organization is highly developed leading to the fact that it has qualified itself as a Tier III organization. A major benefit of the infrastructure system of Quasar Communication is that it is built with disaster recovery assistance which makes the infrastructure much more secure than any other organization of same prospect. Power assistance is so well built that Quasar Communication has not suffered any power supply lag or any kind of issues related to power supply. This ensures the fact that the robustness of Quasar Communication infrastructure standard is very high, leading to the fact that trust issue of clients regarding storing of data has never been an issue for the organization. This is the major reason that organization culture plays an important role in combination of people working together as a unit. In case organization culture of a company is well structured, communication between internal stakeholders are bound to be in a positive note. Due to the fact that organizational culture is not very well structured, communication between internal stakeholders has been a reason of concern for the higher authority of Quasar Communication (Chitrakar, 2017). Team managers plays an important role in maintaining the organization culture of a company. In case of Quasar Communication, team managers of different division do not combine together to work for the organization. They instead work for their own divisions in order to be at par in the competition with other division of the organization. Major problem is faced by the project manager, who needs to deal directly with the clients of the organization. In case there is no cooperation and no proper communication from the division sides, project manager fails to relay proper messages to the clients regarding completion of their project (Dudley, 2016). This leads to the fact that trust issue among clients of Quasar Communication arises. This in turn harms the organization terms of their annual turn-over. To increase the efficiency of organization, team managers must be sharing a good bond and that can be imposed only by having a better organizational culture amidst Quasar Communication.
