The roadmap is the graphical representation of the changes that has been implemented in the organization and the plan that has been followed to implement the change. In other words, the roadmap in the context of business change is referred as the high level and visual overview of deliverables mentioned in the project and the objectives visualized through the project timeline. It has been seen that the changes are done due to implementation of new ICT technology or business plan.
The report is done on the basis of software selection procedure of CC Music along with the plan regarding implementation. The business objectives and scope of the project is used for selecting the software. As the organization is in small and medium sized enterprise level, the project must be cost friendly and easy.
CC Music is a Nigeria based band promotion organization. It is currently in the entertainment industry. The organization has only one band right now as its resource. The owners of the CC Music has a long history of playing in the bands. Thus, it is easy for the organizations to identify the areas on which the improvements are needed. The current environment and economy of the country are not supporting CC Music business but there is a huge market opportunity bruise of huge population of the nation. The organization manages the works like radio programs, conduct events and manage the activities of the band. A website is utilized by CC Music for promoting the bands and the gigs. The website is having a huge response from the clients and that is why the organization is looking forward to implement a system. The organization is currently working on the basis of manual processes. These processes are often very time consuming and inaccurate. CC Music currently accept payment in cheque. The organization wants to have a payment gateway in the organization that will accept payment online.
Issues with the current situation: The biggest issue in the current business process for CC Music is the communication. The communicating with the bands is difficult some times. The communication with the clients are also very poor. The organization does everything manually results in more time in completing client request. The paper based working environment in the organization has a very bad impact on the business. Fading an information that is one or more years old form a pile of papers take days. In case client needs any information, the time consumed in completing the request can take up to days and thus decreasing customer loyalty. The organization does not have any standard processes of generating reports. The reports that are done manually may be affected by the wrong input of information and thus resulting in low quality decision making. The data that has been presented in the current reports does not contain all the data that are required for implementing good business practice.
Business Process Change Objectives: In order to grow business profits and expand business aspects changes are essential part. To be competitive in the industry, in the nation where the competition is very high due to lack of economic structure, the organizations needs to have a proper system.

The key factor in the change of the business process is implementation or integration of ICT system in the environment of CLOSED CIRCUIT Music. The organization wants to provide services to many bands. In order to that CC Music must improve its infrastructure and business process. The most effective change in the process is communication. The organization will be developing a software solution that is to be consisting of website so that the clients and audiences can communicate with business anytime. The next big change is the change of paper based work into digital automation. Typically the proposed software will store all the data into the system and the data will be used for creating report. Till now there is no making decisions support to the proprietors of CC Music. From the implementation of the IS-AS, CC Music will bring in the decision making support to the business environment.
Potential Risks: The particular change will be welcoming various risks that must be determined and mitigate. The potential risks of the change are wrong project estimation, web threats, improper training, internal threats, additional cost to implement change and wrong software selection.

The software selection is a crucial part of the project planning. There are four choices in the hands of Philip and Clive. They can either go with the open source ERP or implement a information system through open source vocabulary and database. In both the cases, the impair system is preferable as it will reduce cost of hardware and other in-house development charges. Because per the aforementioned goals, a system that can cope with the business progress and provide a good possibility to CC Music to increase client base is preferable. The PHP and MySQL based system is suggested to CC Audio as this software solution will allow Chris and Clive to customize and change the software as each business requirements easily and with low expense.
The implementation is followed by a planning phase where the SDLC methodology is selected. The standard waterfall model is best suited just for this software development project since the project is small and straight forward. The requirements of the software is known and the user requirement selection procedure will be significantly small. After the planning is completed, the project team members will be hired (Laudon and Laudon 2016). Hiring employees is the only major expense in this project. The system requirements will be collected and evaluated in the next phase. After the requirements are identified, the system design will be executed. In this phase, the device interaction, behavior, data circulation, database design and many more activities will be done. Based on the designs the next period, development, will be carried out. The developed system will be continually examined until a functioning strategy is produced (Putri and Rosa 2016). The tested system will be deployed in the environment of CC Music in the deployment phase. The users of the system will be provided training how to put it to use during testing period.
Conclusion:
From the above report it can be figured the system is a crucial aspect in the business process change. Chris and Clive needs to support the project from the beginning and communicating with other stakeholders is important part. The particular ERPNext could be chosen for the organization but as Chris and Clive are buying a long-term system that can support business objectives, the PHP and MySQL based system is perfect. The organization can later modify the system’s each and every aspect as per their necessity.
Proper Involvement in Project: Chris and Clive must support the project and take part in the project in every possible way. The communication between end user and project team allows the project to be completed with utmost quality.
Communication with Stakeholders: The communication with the stakeholder allows the project to have a better chance of completing with proper quality. The project can run into any risk or issue that may severely harm the project. However, with proper support of stakeholders these issues and risks can be easily avoided.
