I have a huge career goal. My goal is to achieve what I deserve and to give the organization my best work. I cannot compromise with my career and I cannot afford to miss my goal. The career goal is important for me and I always to look up to achieve the best thing in my career. I want to raise high in my career and would like to take the organization to a higher level with whom I intend to work with. I would make my best effort to achieve the goals of my career and also the goals of the organization. I would make the best effort to achieve all the success in my life and would make the organization and my family proud. I would prioritize the goals of the organization and the attainment of the goals of the organization will be my own goal. I would do justice towards the organization and would achieve the targets that I have set for myself. My career goals will not only be restricted to my own goals but it would include the goals of the company.
I always prefer to work in a team. I am comfortable in working in a team as the burden gets divided when a person works in a team. The works load gets shared while working in a team. It is a fun to work in a team. The cooperation among the team members makes the team stronger and it helps to build up a strong relation among the team members. While working alone there is no enthusiasm in doing the work and the work load is taken by the single person which hampers the production. Therefore team work is always the best for me. Team work binds the member of the team and it helps the team to build stronger day by day. A strong team will be able to give a huge amount of production in an organization. Team work will benefit the organization as huge amount of manpower can bring profit for the organization. There is a proverb called, ‘united we stand and divided we fall’. This is the power of team work. The members of the team work together and in case of some crisis they stand by each other and do the work in a united way. Team worker enables the person to have less stress in life.
I avoid doing it but any emergency situation comes in I take work at home. From my point of view I avoid taking work at home as I love to give some time to my family. I feel I should give some time to my family. Moreover if I indulge myself all the time in work I will not be able to have peace of mind and I will start losing the love towards my work. This is the reason I avoid taking work at home. However I sometimes take work at home when some serious work creeps in. Some works are unavoidable at times, so to keep up the professional attitude I sometimes take work at home. I consider work as well my profession both as my priority. I try not to bring my personal life into my work and the vice versa. However there are certain situations when the urgent tasks and we need to tackle those on an urgent basis. In such situations I do my work from home as it is necessary in that moment. Every person should know his or her priority in life and what work needs to be done during that particular moment. If some urgent office work piles up at that moment it must be done immediately.
Working in a team requires faith, trust, cooperation and motif of team building. The examples are the team work that is done in the companies like Apple, Tesco, and Unilever. Every member of the organization works as a team to achieve the common goal. The common example of the teamwork that can be found is the fish that dwell in the sea or the oceans. They fight in a team against any huge sea creature and when they experience fall they experience the same in a team. They form a group of their own and fight against the ones who try to attack them. This is an effective way of attacking and it has been found that the big creature that comes to attack them gets defeated. The team work is a more effective way of working.

Bad publicity has been a common aspect in the social media. This can sometimes be referred to as the negative publicity. For example, there was a negative publicity done in case of the marketing venture that was undertaken by Volkswagen Beetle which was due to the cause of their ,manufacturing of the car in the Nazi camps. It affected the goodwill of the organization in the market due to the negative publicity that was undertaken by the car manufacturing company. On the other hand, the basic understanding of the different aspects of the change that is being initiated by the organization long ago has affected the company’s goodwill in the industry. The negative publicity has negative impact on the society. It has adverse effects (Poon and Zhou 2016). The actual motif of the publicity gets ruined and this is the reason it should be avoided. There have been many instances where the negative publicity made the organization face immense amount of loss and the brand image of the company got ruined. There have many other instances where the company came up with false marketing news that turned out to be negative strategy and the company had to suffer huge loss for the same. Social media is a place where all the news gets viral and therefore any kind of publicity should be done intelligently (Nix and Wolfe 2017). There was a case where a leading food company used a vulgar way of advertising their products. They came up with a tweet of a vulgar image that displayed the product of their company. The people commented it to be a poor marketing strategy and some mentioned it to be a publicity stunt. Many people wrote that the tweet was a savvy marketing ploy. The company later removed the tweet and they apologized for the same (Tan 2016). The people were shocked by seeing the post and they commented this was not expected from the company as it already had goodwill in the market. The company had to apologize on behalf of the person who posted the tweet and assured that he would surely lose his job. The good will of the company was hampered. This acted as a negative promotion (Miller and Bush 2015).
There are few reasons for this. The primary reason for this is the instant tweet. Many people even before understanding the entire situation tweets on social media that sometimes turns to be a negative point. The other reason is the failed attempt of being cool. Many brands try to be hip which turns out to be creepy. Before trying to be an on-trend lingo in social media the person who is posting it on social media must make sure that the tweet does not turn out to be out of character for him. This would end up in making a blunder in social media. The person would make a fool of himself in social media. In order to avoid such blunder the person who is posting any news on social media should check the thing that is being posted before posting it on social media. Before making a final release the person should make a draft of what he intends to post. This would save him from being laughed at and making a blunder on social media. Further one can ask the millennials for help. The company can seek help from the professional millennials in order to post their tweets in order to craft a social strategy. They should plan for the management of the security risk. The application of the vulnerability management tool can save the person from the negative publicity (Claeys and Cauberghe 2015).
