The purpose of the article involves cross-level and in-depth analysis of two Strategic International Human Resource Management (SIHRM) that include the characteristics of SHIRM in Chinese Multinationals and how their SHIRM orientation facilitates their operation and international investment has been performed (Fan, Zhang and Zhu 2013).
In this article, the degree to which the culture and behavior of the employees are influenced by the organizations has been analyzed.

A strategic management framework can be defined as a framework that helps the managers of an organization to understand the key constructs, themes and concepts associated with the organization (Cristiana and Anca 2013). The mentioned framework chiefly reflects principles, structures and axioms of the organization. The chief elements of a strategic management framework include 1. The business construct and the objective strategy, 2. The capability of the employees and 3. The activities involved in strategy formation as well as execution.
Article 3: The framework used in the article includes SIHRM framework. The mentioned framework embraces a number of industrial settings, country contexts as well as external and internal influencing factors. The strength of the mentioned framework includes the formation of a top-tier workforce in the Chinese organizations. Article 1: From the data collected, the evolutionary process has been divided into four phases. The first phase includes financial planning based on the budget of the enterprise achieved annually. The second phase includes strategies at the enterprise level. In the 3rd phase, search for the competitive advantage of the company has been performed. And finally, in the last phase, strategies in the new millennium have been developed.
Article 2: The data collected from the 23 questionnaires are statistically analyzed. The values of the normality test show that the data obtained are well modelled and have a normal distribution.

Article 5: For collecting data, approximately 14000 households were screened by telephone interviews. Out of 14000, 1116 samples were selected for the second round of interview. Out of the mentioned samples, 794 samples actually participated in the second round of interview.

For this managers need to adopt high transparency level and create a dynamic organizational culture.
Article 3: From the research paper it has been concluded that Chinese Multinational Companies provide an ideal opportunity to understand the pattern of the behavior of multination organizations operating business overseas. It has been found that SIHRM approaches, like forming learning organizations, reconciling both home and host-country effects, reliance on host-country nationals and promoting ‘best practices’, facilitate their international operations.
Article 4: It has been concluded that majority of times, leaders are found to be underestimating the power and insights of the team members (Gately and Gately 2017). Hence it Is highly crucial for the leader to spend a good amount of time with the team members and share their perception of changes.
Article 5: After conducting the research it ha been found that managers of small businesses in Us who practices strategies that are developed after excessive planning and controlling are able to gain success in their businesses (Miller, McLeodand Young 2001). Findings also suggest that small family businesses operating in small communities may need assistance in understanding how to collect information about consumer satisfaction and in realizing the potential for strong return on investments offered by surveying consumers in the surrounding area.
