I played a major role in making decision which was crucial for gaining individual goals. However I came across a situation he issue can be subjected to the availability heuristic. The risk associated with the manager’s decision of rating the employee depends upon average performance based on his recent performance. They usually ignore the true picture of the overall performance of the employee during the whole period.
