The program and portfolio management is an important aspect of any project as it ensures that the project will be delivered according to the plan. It is essential for the organization to ensure accurate quality of the product that is to be delivered. The control of the quality is maintained by the organization itself. The organization is responsible for maintain the quality and standards of the services or the products provided by the company. The improvisation of the quality of the product is also done by the company if it is necessary. Followed by an accurate quality check, the project team might need to improvise their product. |

The contracts involved maintenance of the quality and the assurance regarding the standard of the quality (Mestdagh et al.,2014). The inclusion of the quality control is part of the contract and the quality control is part of different part of the contract. The main reason is that the quality control is product oriented and quality assurance is service or process oriented. |
