The understanding is about the link between theory and research hypothesis, findings and the revision of theory. The qualitative research is about focusing on the words rather than quantification in collection and data analysis.

Considering the changes, I would like to focus mainly on how extracurricular activities are important for the productivity of employees. There is a need to meet the changes of the consumers and then handle the globalized market as well. The activities at the workplace have been growing in the different companies. It will help in improving the productivity of the employees in context to the hospitality industry.
