The unemployment among the teenagers is regarded as the unemployment among the part of the society whose age group is between 15-24 years as pointed out by the United Nations. According to an estimate, the unemployment among the teenagers is five times more than the rates of adult in the country. There are causes behind the youths remained unemployed and they need to be addressed as fast as possible. The quality of education, the role of government and the regulations of the labor market are those important factors which are needed to be addressed efficiently.
The effect of unemployment in the later life may develop into a loss of Cognitive skills such as the learning and the capability to process the information are going to affect negatively the productivity of the workers with the starting of unemployment. The policies need to be relevant in terms of providing jobs to the youths and also the policies also include the increase of the minimum wages in the working sectors. The policies have to be time oriented and are to be achieved within a framework of time.
