United airline established in the year 1962 with the help of Sir Walter T. varney. It is a public limited company of US, London. Being aviation company united airline provide products such as customer services, aviation facilities to the customers across the world. Total revenue of united airline in the year US$ 36.556 billion. 86,000 Number of employees are worked under the famous aviation company united airline. This is an initiative taking by the united airline to reduce the over booking of the flights in the aviation business. United airline are failed to fulfil those objectives which are mainly allocated for reducing the ethical dilemma. Due to this reason united airline has been in the US news for recent two years. After identifying ethical dilemma, two theoretical concepts will be discussed in the different paragraph to examine the moral dilemma. On the other article, two separate ethical concepts will be discussed critically and the how they influence the managerial practices of the organisation.
United airline is a major aviation brand of US. The major ethical dilemma is the overbooking of the flights by the customers. United airline started to book the excess number of seats in the flight united airlines. United airline declared about their over booking of the flights. United airline established targets and actions. United airline says that they wnt to provide the aviation facilities to the all. United airline don’t repeat the overbooking. It can extend sustainable source. United airline can set new ethical trading standards. United airline can help customers to provide them the flight facility. The moral managers always attempt to work with the following morality in their working sectors within the company. They also desire to be successful in a moral way and in this way if they have to face many difficulties, they face those bravely (Djelic, & Vranceanu, 2009). They always search for the ethical ways in where they can complete their job efficiently. They try to stick to within the parameter or boundary or the limitations of ethical standards. They also seek ideals of justice, fairness, truth in their ways of working. The moral managers are completely different from the immoral managers (Fritzsche, 2005). They complete their activity just as the opposite of immoral methods. So, they are the real follower of the principles and percepts of ethics. As an outcome, the moral managers always pursue the goals and objectives of their business. They also make the profit in remaining to engage within ethical and legal behaviours (Wicks, 2010). United airline can follow this type of management system to examine the dilemma which had taken place in their organisation. They can use this theoretical concepts from the managerial ethics to carry on their organisation effectively. The management of United airline Company should follow the moral management technique to develop their productivity as well as they can main global or environmental sustainability (Bajaj, 2012). The organisation can maintain principles of the moral management system to save the environmental maintaining the equilibrium of the world. Through this theoretical concept, they can identify the right and wrong. As per their decision, they implicate this theoretical concept to improve the condition of their company. They also can save the atmosphere of the environment besides they can carry on their business positively (Duska, Duska, & Ragatz, 2011).
Amoral management: the amoral management technique does not follow moral or immoral management, and it is oblivious or ignores ethical considerations. Amoral management can be divided into two parts, such as intentional and unintentional amoral management.
Intentional: Amoral managers of the organisations do not embrace ethical worries in their decision-making process or their behaviour. This type of moral managers think that basic ethical standards can be demonstrated as more suitable for the other sectors rather than to the purpose of business (Hosmer, 2011).
Unintentional: amoral managers cannot think anything about ethical problems in their dealing in business, but they think like that for some another reason. These type of managerial authority are incentive or inattentive to the moral suggestions profitability as an aim of the organisation. It may be a well-meaning generally, but unintentionally or intentionally those managers pay some attention to the outcome of their performances on others (Stellings, 2009).
The United airline Company can take this type of policy to solve their previous problems and carry on their business efficiently. Ethics can be explained as the moral codes which govern the behaviour of a group or a person within an organisation. The United airline Company can use any one management process to control or maintain their business positively with maintaining the balance in the environment. The top management and the authority of the company can learn from those theoretical concepts which have been described above in details (Hosmer, 2008). Different types of managerial ethics and values or principles help the company to find out the real dilemma critically. If the company finds out their dilemma what they have done or faced previously, then they can recover or improve those conflicts efficiently. When they can successfully sort out all the problems and dilemma within the organisation and maintain the eco plan to save the environment, the business can be developed easily (De George, 2013).

That decision is controlled by leaders and all the members of the team forced to obey that command. The collaborative is another type of style where leader listens to each and every opinion, recommendations before takingor making any decisions. This is known as the cooperative type of decision making of leaders, and this is a very accessible style of making decisions where employees are very much transparent with their leaders(Seto, Morimoto and Maruyama, 2006). The consensus is the style where decisions are made by the help of voting system. It is very much similar to the democratic vetoing system. A convenience form of the decision-making process is developed by the leaders to delegate their decision-making tasks(Nooraie, 2011).
