The assumptions of the project are,
Resources: The project had been developed considering that the resources of the project are easily available for use. The project would allow an exhaustion of AUD 50000 as the budget and all the resources would be managed within the budget amount. The human resources have a fixed salary and they have been allocated work according to their activities.
Time: The project has a timeline of working duration for less than 8 months. The project would commence on first working Monday of April that is on 3rd April and continue with 5 working days a week and 8 hours a day to end the project till 31st October. The total number of days for which the project would work about is 152 days.
The constraints of the project are,
Technology Dependent: The project activities are dependent on the support of the technology and technical skills. The deployment of web based application is being made with the help of technological development and tools.
Quality: Quality of web application operations is another factor that forms the development of the project operations in the organization. The quality of the operations are being managed and rummaged for ensuring the application of website in the organization.
Budget Estimation: The budget estimation for the project is being done for realizing the activities of the project in terms of cost and resource expense. The direct costs of materials, salaries of person involved, and other expenses have been considered for developing the project cost. These direct costs and expenses are the known knowns of the project and they are allocated the resources by the help of the ms-project software and the budget allocation option. The unknowns in the project are the risk factors and over budgeted operations that cannot be overlooked. However, provisional planning would help in developing the effective planning of the project operations.
