Quality management plan

It has been found that for gaining commercial profit and competitive advantages from the competitive marketplace, Social media Research Center is required to develop a secured as well as easy website for their consumers. Moreover, the website is needed to be secured from the external attackers. Therefore, the company must focus on developing a consumer focused website that could be accessed by the developers regardless of their location and time as well. The website should maintain the standard of the Graphical User Interface (GUI). The phases of project development include project initiation, project planning, project execution and project closure.  The project closure checklist is consists of different components and the components are as follows:

1. The project is required to be completed within the estimated budget that is $50,000 AUD.
2. The project should be completed within8 months
3. The project sponsor should select the most suitable project sponsors for the project.
4. The common project standards should be maintained by the project manager and he or must think about to exceed the standard.
5. The project team members must estimate accurate payment requirement.
6. Before implementation of the project the manager should, develop a prototype so that they could make the change as per the wish of the consumers.  
7. Before the implementation of the project the manager should provide approval to the project development team.
8. In the project closure phase al the stakeholders should signoff the project.
