Quality management plan
It has been found that for gaining commercial profit and competitive advantages from the competitive marketplace, Social media Research Center is required to develop a secured as well as easy website for their consumers. Moreover, the website is needed to be secured from the external attackers. Therefore, the company must focus on developing a consumer focused website that could be accessed by the developers regardless of their location and time as well. The website should maintain the standard of the Graphical User Interface (GUI). For securing the website from the digital assaults security is the main concern that is required to be considered by the system infrastructure management authority of Social Media Research Center.
Product quality assurance
The product and quality are the two major aspects that are needed to be considered by any business organization for assuring their commercial profit from the competitive marketplace. For successful completion of the project the project manager should maintain all the project development phases accurately. The phases of project development include project initiation, project planning, project execution and project closure.
