It is necessary that discussion related with various aspects like appropriate decisions, could be taken with the help of which people available in the organization will be able to develop interpersonal skills within themselves with the help of which they will be able to sustain at the workplace and will be able to ensure that they will manage the critical situations in a proper way and will help the organization in processing the work in the smooth manner. This portfolio will help in availing appropriate set of information related with the leaders and the skill set that a leader working at the workplace should have. A trail of making organizational internal aspects more effective will be made with the help of this portfolio.

Organisations should develop the understanding that there are various dimensions of the personality with the help of which employees could manage the work (Kabat-Zinn, 2015). It is required that the employees working at the workplace should have the knowledge of these dimensions like energy, value, direction, strength, consciousness and depth. It is required that the employees working at the workplace should have appropriate knowledge related with these aspects so that they could manage their work in an effective way.
People at the workplace come from different diversities, there are certain set of differences with occurs in them as they faces issues in coordinating with each other. According to me the individual differences should get resolved at the workplace with the help of which they could coordinate in an effective manner and could develop effective relationship with each other (Bryson and Frege, 2010). Doing so helps in creating a happy as well as healthy working environment with the help of which people could sustain in the market and could ensure to provide proper support to each other.

There are various aspects which are attached with the reason why team building is an important aspect for the organization these aspects are teambuilding helps in networking, socializing, and helps in ensuring that the people working at the workplace could know each other, team work helps in processing the work with quality and helps in boosting the performance, it helps in keeping the employees motivated and managing the work in an effective way in the critical situations also (Austin, Nolan and O’Donnell, 2009).
There are various other aspects which are attached with managing interpersonal relationship, these aspects are like it helps in availing effective set of negotiation with the help of which management and employees could negotiate with each other and work effectively, it helps in developing the emotional and spiritual intelligence with the help of which people at workplace could manage the work in a more appropriate way, it helps in handling the emotions with the help of which employees working at the workplace could share their views and remain attached with the organization, it helps in the decision making aspects with the help of which employees working could help in providing better as well as effective set of solutions which will help in the smooth flow of the work process (Zumitzavan and Michie, 2015).
According to me problem solving and decision making is another aspect which should be focused upon by the organization so that people working in it should gain proper set of knowledge regarding the problem solving so that they could resolve all the challenges and overcome from the hurdles which affects the work process of the organization. I would like to suggest that the organization should have effective decision making so that people could make appropriate decisions in the critical situation and could manage the work appropriately (The Relationship Between Neurotic Leadership Styles, Transformational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Worker Attitudes, 2016). According to me the work should be processed in an appropriate manner and within the time period which is being decided by the company. To ensure that the problem solving as well as decision making skills could be developed within the individual working at the workplace there are certain aspects that should be focused upon by the organization these aspects are:
I would like to suggest that the organization should focus upon the systematic and evidence based decision making so that effective decisions should be made by the employees at the right time. This helps in bringing quality to the work with the effect of which organization could sustain in the market (Steinberg, 2014).
Testing ideas should be developed by the organization to initiate that the work could be processed with quality. After working on the tasks it is required that the team should indulge in the testing so that it could ensure to provide better and effective solutions to the work process (Spaulding, 2009). Initiating the testing ideas will provide quality products and services to the end customers with the effect of which they will remain happy and will be able to sustain in the market.
Creative and team based decision making is another aspect that should be initiated by the organization. It is required that the people working at the workplace should make appropriate decisions in which maximum support should be provided (Minadzi and Boadu, 2016). All the members of the team should show their agreement on the decision so that work could be processed in a proper manner.
Leading is one of the main aims of every leader, it is necessary that a good leader should lead the people available at the workplace (Mehrad and Fallahi, 2014). There are certain aspects which will help in leading and influencing the employees at the workplace. These aspects are:
Delegation: Delegation of the authority is one of the aspects with the help of which organizations in present scenario could help the employees in working appropriately (Kabat-Zinn, 2015). Delegation of the authority helps the people in understanding the importance of the position which is being hold by the employees. It is the aspect which ensures to provide a proper set of direction to the employees with the help of which theyprefer to perform the tasks with responsibility (Jogulu, 2010).
Motivation: One of the most effective influential techniques which could be used by the leader is to motivate the people (Jepson, 2009). It is being researched that the motivated people working at the workplace works more effectively. It is required that the leaders should indulge in the practices with the help of which its employees could remain motivated and could work appropriately. Providing rewards and recognition to the employees helps in motivating the employees with the help of which work process could be managed in an appropriate manner (Hariri, et. al., 2014).
Manage Financial Resource: For the employees it is also necessary that they should understand the importance of managing the financial resources in an appropriate way. It is required that the organization should focus upon the aspect with the help of which finance of the organizations could be managed and it could sustain in the market (de Vries, et. al., 2009).
To ensure that an effective leadership could be initiated at the workplace I would like to suggest that the financial information and the financial resources should be appropriately managed by the employees. Such type of activities helps the employees in initiating the work and ensuring that they could help the organization to grow in the competitive market. It is required that the balance sheet should be managed in an appropriate manner with the help of which organizations could make effective set of decisions related with the assets and liabilities which are available with it (de Vries, 2012). Maintaining the profit and loss account will also provide effective set of support to the organization with the help of which it will be able to analyze that what strategies could be developed by the organization so as to succeed in the competitive market (Butler, 2009).
Ratio analysis is another aspect with the help of which organizations could sustain, it is required that the employees working in the organization should have proper information related with the ratio analysis so that more appropriate decisions related with the organizational strategies could be taken by the company.
It good leader it is required that he should have appropriate set of information related with IT proficiency also as it is the responsibility of the leader to work on each and every aspects so that work could be managed whenever it is required to be (Bryson and Frege, 2010). It is necessary that employees working at the workplace should be cross trained so that they should gain appropriate set of information related with various fields. This type of activities helps in managing the work process of the organization in the crucial times with the help of which smooth flow of the work process could be managed. Gaining base information of the IT will also help in managing the work process in an appropriate manner and will help in initiating leadership at the workplace (Booth, 2009).
I would like to suggest that the employees working in the organization should have appropriate set of knowledge related with the statistical techniques and presentation of the statistical data with the help of which they could provide the presentation of the statistical data of the company and help the management in developing better set of understanding with various aspects of the progress.
A good leader is a good decision maker and there are various set of responsibilities which are attached with a good leader, it is required that a good leader should indulge in the interview process and should select the candidates which could help in the progress of the organization. Appraisals, project management and managing poor performance are other aspects which should be focused upon by the employees so that they could lead in an appropriate manner and could help in the sustainability aspects of the workplace (Bag and Anand, 2016).

Understanding various aspects indulged in the portfolio it could be concluded by me that employees working at the workplace should have appropriate knowledge of leadership. Leadership will provide proper direction to the organisation; relevant framework and guidance will be availed if an organisation will have good leaders. With the help of survey it is being analysed that leaders who helps the employees in remaining motivated ensures to provide a healthy environment. Employee turnover of such type of organisation remains low as less number of people prefer to leave their jobs. Good leaders ensure to provide quality in the work and process the work in a smooth manner. Organisations having good leaders lead the market and ensure their success in the competitive market.
