This paper will delve into the Case Management Mission of Australia regarding the targeted population, who are the survivors of domestic and family violence. Case management is a sustainable measure set adopted by health and human rights protecting executives (Kumar et al., 2018). According to this measure set, the clients are taken care of in accordance with their trauma endurance and potentiality. In this paper, the Domestic and Family Violence survivors are taken as the targeted client group. Domestic Violence survivors are people who have experienced traumatising events both physically and mentally in their homes (Ragavan et al., 2020). In the context of Australian society, domestic violence typical concentrates on the abuse of a victim by his or her spouse, although the male dominance ratio is higher. The following segments will delve into the discussion about how this targeted clientele can get help to heal the trauma and develop their potential.

Once the acknowledgement is made, the victims seek help to get better. This is where the involvement of case management policies comes into the picture.

The executives first can take the victims under their wing and provide them with shelter with the help of the social worker collaborated with them. Once the victims get a roof over their heads, their treatment can get started. Now then, violence can be both physical and emotional (Greene et al., 2018). Thus, for the physically abused victims, the first treating measure is to provide them medical support, and for the emotionally abused victims, the first measure is to provide them psychiatric support mainly because their acceptance of being abused takes more time as it usually does not consist of any visible signs. Then both of the groups get to have consistent physical and psychological support to break the lifestyle order of the abuse. It is often said that healing is a long-term process. Following this theory, all the victims are given ample amount of time and support to heal from the past experiences of their abused lives. Then the main emphasis is given to the counselling of the victims so that they can learn to validate their feelings and physical well-being.

After the healing process starts, the case management executives monitor the victims on their taking care of themselves. There can be several occasions when the victims can get out of the healing track and again get back to the emotional loop of feeling abused (Trabold et al., 2018). Hence, the case management executives work together with the social and human rights workers consistently so that the victims gain their independence and self-validation in the long run.
