Advocacy is the responsibility of the nurse, and they should work in advance for the patient’s safety and protection. This practice demonstrates team learning, and it also promotes sharing knowledge and acquisition in the health care centers.

Empowerment helps in creating trust between the patients, clients and team members.

Another goal is patient and staff satisfaction, positive culture in WSLHD is achieved as this ensures the proper care for the patients and in attaining the satisfaction of the patients and the staff concerning the giving and receiving the care.
- In continuation with the nursing profession, there is a chance to incorporate LHD Research priorities; this will enable the development of skills and create a learning culture in WSLHD (Lee et al., 2020). It will promote education and research training and support the well-being of the communities (Ghosh et al., 2020). In continuing professional development, research plays a great role in various activities that support knowledge and skills development. This also assists in team-building and longtime effective in promoting the best practices. Learning activities can be beneficial to ensure the safety of the patients (Lee et al., 2020). The research innovation helps improve the quality and interpret the data and represent in the competitors.
