From the lecture 9, I have learnt the importance as well as significance of continuous improvement plan within the project for gaining long term business sustainability as well as for improving the quality of the project. I have learnt that for gaining continuous improvement for the organizations 7QC tools and techniques are mainly utilized. Out of the 7QC tools, 2 of the tools and techniques are used for identification and the other 2QC tools for analysis. In addition to this, the other 3 tools are generally used for both analysis as well as identification. It is also analyzed by me that continuous improvement is not only advantageous only in the project but it also necessary in the real life. Proper continuous improvement in personal life assists in achieving proper success and helps in enhancing the capability of working of an individual in different sectors. Furthermore, the quality plays a great role in the business for achieving success. It is found that the quality of the project mainly assists in meeting the expectations as well as needs of the customers, industries as well as helps in meeting the overall budget that is required within the business. Additionally the quality helps in improving both brand value as well as reputation of an organization. Quality generally helps in affecting the continuous improvement plan. However, it is identified that continuous improvement plan not always helps in improving the quality and in order to maintain the quality it is the responsibility of the project manager to get involve in the project and take appropriate actions so that the quality of the project can be properly improved.
