The paper mainly reflects on the implementation of a network system within a retail organization. It is identified that the organization have expanded its branches in different cities of the country and as a result, the organization faces lot of difficulty in accessing data and information at the same time. In order to resolve this issue, the organization wants to develop proper network system that will be connected with all the branches of the organization so that head office can keep proper track on all the branches effectively by accessing data whenever needed. It is identified that the implementation of the network system will start on 29-05-18 and will get successfully finished by 30-05-18. The objectives of the project are listed below:

Functional requirements
The functional requirements of the network system for the retail organization are listed below:

It is identified that the project is successfully completed within 13.2 weeks. All the activities that are generally required for network system implementation are successfully executed within the time that is assumed. Furthermore, in order to avoid any type of security issue within the organization it is very much necessary to follow steps that includes:
Authentication: Proper authentication facility must be provided so that the data and information are successfully stored so that unauthorized users cannot be able to enter within the system.
