1: The learning experience will be very effective and useful to me. The two research papers deal with cloud computing, its advantages and disadvantages. My opinion about the learning experience was nice. It was very interesting enjoyable to learn about new concepts like cloud computing. Cloud computing is a modern technology which help the organisations to communicate with their geographically dispersed business operations. I came to know how important cloud computing has become for the modern organisations. I also came to know that cloud computing also has its disadvantages like costly and vulnerable of cyber attacks. According to my judge the two compositions were very rich in knowledge about cloud computing. The learning experience from these two assignments can also help in preparing other projects in the future related to the same topic, cloud computing.
The experience is very valuable and provides a lot of information about cloud computing. I feel that the value of the two previous assignment lies in the in depth research done to compose them. They contain knowledge derived from various articles and journals which itself its very tedious. The assignments give an interesting account about cloud computing, how it is used and its importance in the corporate communication and data storage operations. Their rich information from reliable sources makes them even more valuable for present studies and for future assignments (Azure.microsoft.com 2017).
2: The previous works done by me on cloud computing will be help in several ways. I came to a lot about cloud computing while working on the research papers.
First, as far as the course is concerned, the research papers will help him score good marks. They cover a several concepts like the method of operation of cloud computing, its pros and its cons. The two research papers cover several chapters of my syllabus. Thus, it will easy for me to prepare those chapters because I have done industrious research on them while preparing the research proposals.
The knowledge of cloud computing will prove to be very helpful for me to pursuing the management program. The rich theoretical knowledge about cloud computing will help to participate more actively in the seminars which are held by the college management.
Basic knowledge about cloud computing will help in my future career as well. I already know the importance of cloud computing and its advantages. I also know about its weaknesses like congestion while heavy data usage and the threat it faces from the hackers. I will use the cloud computing system in my future organisation responsibly and ethically. I will also advice others to use the cloud computing system ethically and responsibly. I will also advice the business partners of my employer to use cloud computing to achieve cost effective data management and sharing facilities.
The knowledge about cloud computing can help in life in general as well. I have the basic understanding about cloud computing and know about importance. I will install cloud computing system in my home as well so that I can use it to work from home. I will help me to reduce expenditure on internet data packs which will be very helpful (Haimes et al. 2015).
I will apply the knowledge about cloud computing while operating the system in my future company. I will also install cloud computing in my residence and advice people to do so. I will educate people about the utility of cloud computing system and advice them to use it ethically.
3: The entire learning process was designed and managed by our professor in which we did learn a lot of things. My learning process on the topic started with attending the class our professor gave us. He gave us a brief idea about the research paper and the rules like submission within the deadline and use of professional English.
The next step was reading through various journals, newspapers, magazines and web pages to gather information on the topic. I saw a few videos of lectures on cloud computing on the internet websites like Youtube. The videos of lectures by Joseph Hui were very helpful in developing a clear idea about the topic. I spoke to a neighbour of mine who is a cloud computing expert. Hear him speak about his experiences of working on cloud computing deepened my knowledge further.
4: I have learnt a great deal about cloud computing while preparing the research paper on the topic. Business research was very helpful to me because it helped me to develop a clear idea by cloud computing. I had developed a strong understanding about the concept which helped me to present the proposal more realistically and authentically. I read books and magazines available on the topic which gave me a clear vision of the project. The videos helped me to develop a more clear knowledge on the topic.
5: I developed new insights while working on the research proposal on cloud computing. It can be connected with topics like cyber security and data management systems in organisations. These three topics are very closely related because cloud computing is used to manage data in today’s organisations and faces cyber security issues. I was able to relate these three topics which helped me to get a deeper insight into them.
I felt very excited while preparing the research proposal because cloud computing was a very interesting topic. I got to read and consult a great number of materials like newspapers, magazines and online websites which was very interesting. I must say that gathering and compiling data from so many research materials was tough and time consuming. The hypothesis I have made in the proposal were based on these offline and online available materials.
I took up the activities with cloud computing as the topic because it is an interesting topic. Cloud computing is used in the present organisations today on a large scale and is deeply connected to areas of study like data management system and cyber security. I took up the topic because it is very contemporary, interesting and challenging. The extensive research I did to draw the hypothesis deepened my knowledge on cloud computing.
6: Cloud computing as a topic is very contemporary and relevant because it is being used to management data in organisations around the world. The present role of cloud and its bright future prospects in the organisational data management make it very a relevant topic to write a proposal on.
The engineering course of mine consists of several subjects related to informational technology. There are also minor subjects on management and an internship projects which every student has to complete successfully before taking the semester examinations.
My knowledge about cloud computing will help me to use the cloud computer in the organisation I join more responsibly. I understand its importance and the disadvantages it has like vulnerable to cyber attacks and very expensive. I will use the cloud responsibly and ethically while working on the databases of the company. I will advice my colleagues to use the cloud very carefully while sharing or acquiring data as its prone to cyber attacks.
I will personally advocate the people I know to use cloud computing in their organisations to enable efficient data management (Bacon et al. 2014). I will educate the people about the huge importance of cloud in organisations and advice them to use it to share data and save cost. I will advice people to be ethical while using cloud. I will advice people to use the cloud from trusted service providers like Microsoft (Almorsy, Grundy and Müller 2016).
