The project will have the new acquired premises in Wisconsin, WI, near the museum renovated and internal design done to have a coffee bar, seating for at least 50 people, and washrooms. The project is the first in a an ambitious expansion strategy for ACH to have at least 10 coffee houses in Wisconsin as it is viewed as the next expansion frontier, and part of a wider larger program strategy to have ACH in every city in the USA. |

SOW: Project Description and Project Product |
This particular project will have a new coffee house open and ready in Wisconsin, WI, near the museum. The shop will have two bathrooms, seating space for at least 50 customers, and a coffee bar and make it ready for making and selling coffee and donuts. The project will be completed by developing a project management plan with a plan for quality management and a scope, plus a scope management plan that will guide the execution of the project; following the Work Breakdown Structure. The high level deliverables for the project include; Have the new premises renovated and branded on time Have two bathrooms in the premise Have seating space for 50 people (at least) Prepare a coffee bar and ensure coffee and donuts can be made at the coffee house Complete the project within budget and time |

The project is part of the company’s expansion project that will see a program to have ACH in every city in the USA and have ten outlets in Wisconsin. The project will ensure ACH has a wide footprint to take advantage of the projected increase in coffee consumption in the USA. The project is part of the company’s strategy to increase sales by more than $ 125000 annually over the next three years, with a 70% margin. The project will not only increase the sales and profit margins for the owner, it will increase its brand visibility and store footprint, and be the launching pad for an ambitious expansion program to have ACH in every city in the USA. Its successful delivery and completion within time and budget will create the necessary knowledge crucial for future expansion and will create the confidence to go ahead with the ambitious expansion program |

User Acceptance Criteria |
The minimum key success factors are that the project is completed on time and within budget, without unapproved changes to the project scope. The new ACH outlet must be ready by July 4th 2018 and have two bathrooms, a seating area for at least 50 people, a coffee bar, and facilities and equipment for making coffee and donuts. The project quality will be monitored and managed using an effective quality management plan. The first tool will be quality planning, another tool is performing quality assurance, and the other is performing quality control (Harry, 2007), (Kerzner, 2013). These are shown in the table below;
The project will be evaluated is successful or not when all deliverables are met (seating space, coffee bar, bathrooms) and the store is open by July 4th without exceeding the $ 650000 budget by more than 5% (5% is contingency budget). Further, the scope will not have changed by more than 10% |
