Secondly it check it for the side of national and this document is considered to be very helpful as helps in planning of CPD strategy and its role for national association ensuring that the members up-to-date. Thirdly the strategy mainly focuses that the group members must be encouraging their members to produce CPD needs and also tracking the proper provision of members.
Approach to CPD is nothing but the responsibility for planning the development program and it at different stage of the career which is need for checking different range of skills. Planning of CPD program mainly actually need for considering management and improvement of skill and knowledge. It is the duty of individual actuary for monitoring progress towards the objective. At least CPD should have various interaction with other bodies and other actuary firms. Working on different courses or educational program present on the line.

The only disadvantage it has is that it lacks documentation and mainly focuses on working on software’s.
Project manager: A project manager is a person which keeps an eye on the takes the overall responsibility of the project that is from initiation step to closer step of the project. A project manager mainly focuses on following steps that is initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closer. Executive manager: Executive manager is the person who looks after the responsibility for providing the overall strategy and business goals of an organization or a firm. Team member: A person belonging to a particular group of people who have common goal and plan. For example a team member can be a business person who are working together with other person in an firm or organization.
Managing integration: Project of all different activities that are going on and integration of develop project that is plan to direct, manage, monitor and control. Maintain Scope: Projects needs to have define parameter or scope that must be broken down and work breakdown structure. Managing time: projects will have definite beginning and will particular ending date and there therefore it is necessary for managing the budget. Managing cost: Projects must check that to consume various resources and need for the management of investment that is required for creating a value.
Managing Quality: Projects involve particular deliverables for work product and the deliverables must meet the basic objectives of the project. Managing human resource: Project mainly consist of various teams and it is the duty of manager to mange all the project teams during the cycle of life. Managing Communication: Projects touches lots of people not just the end user who directly get benefited from it. Managing communication is all about planning of communication, distribution of information. Managing risk: Projects are mainly discovered for checking critical issue. Project also checks team members and sudden budget resources.
Initiation phase: The first phase is considered to be initiation phase, objective of project and needs to identified which can cause a business or a problem. A study is conducted for checking where the various objective of project and then a final solution is provided. Implementation or execution phase mainly focuses on the implementation of project into the motion and the work that is mainly performed and it is also considered to be an important factor for maintaining control and communication which is very essential during implementation. Progress is continuously checked and proper adjustment is made as per the required variance for any plan. During the implementation of project it mainly focuses on carrying out task and progress information which is continuously reported through any meetings of team member.
Closing phase mainly focuses on the release of final deliverables to the consumer handling of project documents to the various ongoing business releasing project resource and communicating with the closure of project with stake various stake holders. Through this type the bag of experience is transferred back to the project of the organization which will ultimately help the various team in future.
