Project management is one of the crucial and most significant components of successful business operation (Killen, 2013). It creates a well defined impact on problem resolving for particular issue of the business unit. The overall project completion comprises of four phases which are, initiation, planning, implementation & control and project closure. These stages help in effectively defining project activities and ensuring success of the overall project (Davies, Dodgson and Gann, 2016). Present study focuses on evaluating the business issue of David Wright. The university is facing significant issue in delivering authentic and reliable researches for the students. In addition the quality aspect for the organization is not effective. The evaluation will develop a well defined project plan for developing web application for social media research center. This will help the origination in resolving the business issue and deliver quality services to its clients. The project time frame consists of 6 months and the budget is 50000 AUD.
Work breakdown structure is an effective project management tool which focuses on attaining business objective by delivering a structured and effective evaluation technique for the study. It develops a graphical representation of overall project activities with different levels (Faria, Araújo and Tereso, 2016). The analysis of the same makes it easy and effective for the staff members to understand and cooperate. This tool minimizes the chances of error in the project which helps in generating significant results for the analysis (Gu, Shao and Jiang, 2012). WBS for the present project has been effectively mentioned below. It will develop a clear and significant picture of overall project plan.

Quality management is a crucial and most effective part of the process. It helps in managing and monitoring the project success in the required quality. The present study will ensure to deliver standard and advanced web application for the social media research center which will be developed for the organization. The same has been discussed henceforth.
