Rebalancing workload: It is very much important to rebalance the workload in order to avoid stressful, monotonous as well as extreme situations in the workplace. Hiring appropriate number of employees for a single site: The organization must hire the appropriate number of employees for a specific site. The organization wants to create a crisis management team for managing the event that any substantial talent gap emerges at an individual site. It is very much important to analyze the selection procedure, format, structure as well as function of the team before creating the team effectively within the organization.
The employees of the crisis management team must be selected as per their skills. It is very much important to select people who possess the required talent as well as skill for handling the function of the crisis management team. The individuals who are selected for the job must undergo through screening test (Prasad, Monem & Martinez, 2016). The persons who will be selected for the job must have some specific characteristics that will be suitable for managing the crisis. The most important criteria for selecting the individuals include appropriate qualification, skills as well as experience.
The entire team is subdivided into three groups with three different leaders as well as assistant leaders. Each group comprises of 30 employees. All the employees of the team have different roles as well as responsibilities (Monika & Mariana, 2015). The main aim, as well as objective of the crisis management team, is to manage different types of problems effectively as well as properly without facing any difficult. All the members of the team perform according to the responsibilities provided to them.
The structure of the crisis management team is illustrated with the help of a figure. It is analyzed that the members who are included in the crisis management team are Risk Manager, Financial Manager, Human resource Manager, assistant human resource manager, financial analyst and employees.

Detection of early signs of crisis: The main function of the members of the crisis management team is to detect the early signs of crisis (Venter, 2016). If the early signs of crisis are detected properly, then the organization will prepare solutions to those problems for avoiding them.
Identification of areas of the problem: It is very much important to identify the problems, which are associated with the organization. Proper identification of the problems will be helpful in resolving the issues (Zhou, 2016). It will also be helpful in managing the crisis within the organization “ MiningCo” with the help of proper crisis management team.
Prioritize the problems: It is very much important to prioritize the problems properly. Prioritizing the problems as per its negative impact helps in providing an appropriate overview about risks to the organization (Crema et al., 2016). With the help of the information, the organization can solve the problem or minimize the problem with the highest priority.
Preparation of crisis management plan: It is very much important for the team to prepare the crisis management plan appropriately. It helps in providing the proper overview to tackle the risk properly as well as effectively without having any negative impact on the organization. Therefore, it is very much significant for the organization to have the proper crisis management plan.
Encourage the employees: The employees of the team must be encouraged as well as motivated so that they can face any type of risks with courage, the determination as well as smile on their face (Alegre et al., 2013). Working capability: The employees of the crisis management team must be rewarded depending on the working capability of the employees (Ferri & Leogrande, 2015). If the members of the team are cable enough to manage any type of problem in any situation, then they must be rewarded. Rewards act as a source of motivation as well as encouragement for other employees of the organization.
Skills: The employees of the organization must also be rewarded depending on their skills of managing the risks (Mullins & Psirides, 2016). Employees with proper skill can manage any type of risk at any situation without facing any problem. Those individuals must be rewarded for their work.
Performance: The members who perform well should also get reward. The performance of the members must be dependent on various activities of the individuals.

In this assignment, three different scenarios are analyzed properly for reflecting their impact on the organization. The report helps in providing the proper recommendation to the board by reflecting the fact that performance management initiative is quite advantageous for the company in moving forward. It is analyzed that the organization “Mining Co” is facing numerous problems due to its operation in an isolated site as a single entity and as a result, numerous recommendations are provided for resolving the issues. It has been identified that MiningCo wants to create a crisis management team for managing the event that any substantial talent gap emerges at an individual site.
