Health and Social care practices are one of the major aspects of community or society. As various sorts of diseases affect people always, general people should be aware of most common disease or a pathogen for their good. The main job Health and Social care centers are to profile the people with adequate medications and treatment. One of the major factors of these services is that they maintain the privacy of a patient’s opinion. To decrease the effects of hazards and other risk factors, promotion of the awareness should be done to abolish many social issues and disease pathogenicity (Lillis et al. 2010).

It is very much important that the care workers always maintain organizational protocols every time while they are in practice. Sometimes the critical ethical dilemma arises, which can result in conflicts due to the basic differences of culture, belief, and opinion. Keeping this in mind, the social and health services can be affected due to such conflicts resulting in a ecrease in the quality of the services (Atrash and Carpentier, 2012).

The observation should be carried out on a regular basis regarding safety issues Noticing anyone; proper warning signs should be shown on warning boards for the better social care. In regard with the various regulations and laws, legislation, employers will provide appropriate lectures and training to the staffs to train them well (Cooley and Segerman, 2011).
To provide the proper guidelines into the respective institutes, fields and professionals all of the procedures and policies should be developed. With the reflection of this, it can be said that national policies are broader than local policies. To obtain the most output of those policies, critical and elaborated study along with careful planning and implementation strategies should be carried out. Correlation and synchronization of national and local policies are therefore very much important (Mitchell et al. 2012). To achieve this goal, the policies should be designed in such a way that they are straight forward and easy to understand. There should be few chances of misinterpretation in the policies. It should be also considered that there is a huge diversity between the different organization, so the policies should be flexible as well. As a result, the employees of a particular setting are very much eager to follow the regulations and rules that are the reflection of their respective culture (Poksinska 2010). This will also make the job process much easier. It is also very much important to monitor all the policies that are implemented. If anything wrong happens, then the policies can be reviewed in future (Lawn and Schoo 2010).
On the aspect of policy, regulation, it is important to note that policies, codes, regulations, legislations have a very powerful impact. It provides the proper guideline that should be followed by the employees. As per the legislations and policies, an organization has to to the practices. According to this theory, the basic needs of an individual can be classified into several categories where the nedds are most important. Physical and psychological needs can be considered as one of the most basic needs in this literature. Another theory which is well known is the human growth and development theory. According to this theory different caring and helping needs are kept for different stages. With respect to stress management, behavior, social process other theories can also be implemented. In the social and health care sector, these theories play a vital role. As care providers deal with different kind of patient in their career, they can use these theories which best fits for a particular patients. An effective care plan can derived out through proper utilization of these theories. In order to undertand the behavior and attitude of a service provider, these theories help a lot. Fo the achievement of a quick recovery for a patient, care profiders can use these theories (Shorter and Stayt 2010).
The social processes a very vital role. Different people have their different set of behavior, reaction process, adaptation capability, according to various situations that are sometimes influenced. To ensure the effectiveness of the applied intervention, proper development, and planning of the social and health care services should be carried out.
