All these are organizations have set up their image amongst the public of UAE through providing adequate quality products and by providing time to time valuable offers on variety of products. They have range of products for all age group of people hence, process of segregating public is not useful for them but providing most demanded products easily helps them to achieve the reliability of the public.
It defines the hierarchy of the organization and rules, policies and regulations are also included under this term. Accountability and responsibility to perform certain important tasks of the organization are also mentioned under this heading. There are various types of structures found in the business industry and amongst them; formal and informal structure of organization takes the effective place.
In the formal set of organization structure, all the activities of the organization needs to be performed as per the rules, regulations and policies made by the top level management.
