Within this career one would not only be able to develop my healthcare services by providing utmost care and affection to the patients, one may also get a chance to display my managerial and leadership skills. Having knowledge of both healthcare and business managements will add an extra benefit as the organization may think it as an opportunity to appoint someone who can perform both skills within a particular package that might increase when two individuals with separate skills are appointed.
He should have training in nursing which would be done in bachelor of nursing days. He can further pursue diploma courses in management and leaderships. Therefore in the career of nursing leadership and management, the task of the individual would be to manage the team of the assigned enrolled nurses through proper communicative skills, honesty and integrity and self confidence (Yoder-Wise, 2014). The knowledge of the various skills, ethics and moral virtues with the correct principles of benevolence, justice, autonomy, non maleficence and others would help me to guide the nurses in their respective tasks and would help me to teach them properly if certain ethical or moral issues arise. At the same time leadership trails of the individuals like achievement drive, leadership motivation, cognitive ability, emotional maturity, creativity and flexibility would be practices to bring out the team spirit (Wong &Laschinger, 2013).
The skills that are required in this career are not only limited to this career only and can also be applied in other careers as well. This could be enlightened with the help of an example. The leadership and the managerial skills that the individual can display in this carer would help him to gain experience which he can apply to other careers as well like while managing teams in medicine or pharmaceutical industry or other business management industries. The nursing skill that he possess will help him to achieve success when he gets into a career of making health policies which requires policies to be set up for both healthcare sectors and patients. Therefore the skills that he possess will not be limited to this career only and can be manipulated and utilized in various other industrial sectors as well.

Providing the correct intervention to the staffs so that they can recover fast or to help them overcome their mental disorders like depression, anxiety and others will be the exact job of the individual. Managing relationships between the different employees through correct knowledge of cross cultural management and values is also necessary. When he is able to build a warm relationships among every staff based on trust and reliability with feelings of dedication for each other, staffs would be liable to take more risks, challenges, make changes, keep organizations and movements alive (Shevellar, Johnson &Lyons, 2015).
