After completing her training, she got selected for the project in Mumbai – Michelin as a shadow resource.
Later she was selected in the Merck project.
She worked in the Merck project till 2018 till the ending date of the contract with Capgemini company.
Later she was selected in project MCT Fast.
Since the day she has joined the company, she has exhibited great interest in every aspect of her work. She willingly works for long hours to learn new things. She is a cooperative team member who undertakes all tasks and training assigned to her with sincerity and completes them to be the best of her ability.
During working in both projects, she has demonstrated her ability to grasp difficult concepts with minimal efforts.
In the Merck project, she was handling all the ticket solving issues wherein she was working on Oracle ERP. Apart from this she also takes care of the weekly sanity activities. She was handling both technical and functional roles.She was always available even for night shifts and was handling the US work alone in night shifts effectively.
In MCT Fast, she was handling all the server and client-related support activities wherein she was working on monitoring tool DMS. Along with this she also takes care of all morning activities including server sanity.
Later she was allowed to work hands-in-hands with the development team for an RPA technology project. She sincerely contributes to this development project and even achieves certificate for UiPath Level1 Foundation Training.
I can say that she is one of the most diligent members in the team and ensures that the team’s tasks are completed on time. Apart from work, Sakshi engages herself in various training sessions, be it relating to the project or any virtual training that the organization provides. She is punctual in her work. Her coordination with the team members on the professional level is worth appreciating as well.
