The reviews and feedback should be collected from the associated stakeholder periodically so that the wireless data entry system can be remaining upgraded to maximise the profit of the enterprise.
The new system should be capable of providing correct information with respect to availability of the stock, raising the feeling of satisfaction in employees and customers, automation in working structure, minimization of inventory loss, delivery of product on time, and others. The implementation of wireless entry system helps ABB Grain enterprise to remain ahead of their competitors. “The security system should be installed with the new system to monitor the activities of the organization and promoting non-disclosure of confidential information” (Michael, 2012). It is estimated that the proposed project will be completed within six months. The project will start on 27 April, 2017 and finishes on 27 October, 2017.
Remote server required for the new system should be installed at the Head Office located at Sidney. The information can be accessed remotely customers and employees. Data entry devices should be installed at the site for retrieving the information.

It has been analysed that less delivery time and good flow of information are the strength of the organization. Loss of data is the major problem faced by the organization. The feedback and reviews should be collected from the employees and customer to estimate the effectiveness of the wireless data entry system. Remote server is required for storing and transferring of information into the database. Data entry devices are required for accessing the information from the remote server. “Upgrading of the hardware and software according to the installation of the new system should be carried out” (Lu, 20124). Security system should be used for the non-disclosure of the confidential data. The roles and responsibilities of the employees and other associated stakeholder should be clearly defined in the curriculum. The user manual should be provided to the stakeholder which helps in making them familiar with the new system. The chaos may occur in changing the working tactics of the employees with new data entry system because the technical staffs are well-versed in traditional working environment. The training and development program should be organized for the employees to make them familiar with new working environment. “The customers and employees face problems in acquiring new working atmosphere” (Hall, 2012). The employees are unable to access entire functions of the new system to its full extent.
The meeting of the agenda is to take decision in the direction of evaluating time and budget of the ABB Grain enterprise. The roles and responsibility should be defined to the employees for the efficient working of the new system. “The company is looking forward to develop a new system which keeps them ahead of their competitors” (Samakova 2012).
