The current working of the ABB Grain organization is manual working system. The communication between customers is carried out through fax and email system. The manual feeding of stocks takes place in the database. The profit of the organization is calculated on the basis of availability of stock left in the organization. The current business structure is facing many challenges which can be categorised as feeling of disappointment in customers and employees, loss of stock, inaccurate counting of available stock, delivery of product, and other activities. Organization Mission	The working tactic of the organization can be changed from manual working system to automatic working system to maximise the profit of the enterprise.
Project Purpose	ABB Grain organization wants to renovate their working practices in order to satisfy customers and employee’s requirement and sales of the business.  The company is going to transform their working scenario with wireless data entry system.
Vision	The current business structure is facing many challenges which can be categorised as feeling of disappointment in customers and employees, loss of stock, inaccurate counting of available stock, delivery of product, and other activities. “The training and development program should be organized for the employees to make them familiar with new working environment” (Kraus, 2010). “The security system should be installed with the new system to monitor the activities of the organization and promoting non-disclosure of confidential information” (Ouye, 2012).
Scope	The installation and implementation of wireless data entry system provides a new path in attracting customers. “The automatic working structure helps in upgrading the existing working platform of the ABB Grain organization” (Vaughan, 2012). The sharing of information takes place between customers and employees through verbal communication. Periodically, the information should be shared between stakeholders associate with the organization.
Assumptions	“Organization is equipped with highly skilled and professional employees” (Mirwis, 2013). The successful installation of remote server at head office which is located at Sidney and wireless data entry devices at remote place.
Success Criteria	Delivery of the product on time and increasing the feeling of satisfaction in employees are the pillars for the success of the new project.  The roles and responsibility should be defined to the employees for the efficient working of the new system. The achievement of the goal is the success criteria of the organization. “The new system should be capable of satisfying the need of the customers, provides accurate information regarding the availability of stock, scheduling of activities, optimization of asses, and many others” (Thomson, 2012). The integration of the change management helps in increasing the efficiency and performance of the organization.

ABB Grain organization wants to renovate their working practices in order to satisfy customers and employee’s requirement and sales of the business.  “The company is going to transform their working scenario with wireless data entry system” (Buhalis, 2015).  The systematic arrangement of activities helps in providing correct information of stock which in turn helps in evaluating correct information regarding profit of the organization.

Project Leader, Project manager, project sponsor, project coordinator, sales representative, designer, sub-contractor, and contractor are some of the stakeholder associated with the ABB Grain organization.  The reviews and feedback should be collected from the associated stakeholder periodically so that the wireless data entry system can be remaining upgraded to maximise the profit of the enterprise.

The new system should be capable of providing correct information with respect to availability of the stock, raising the feeling of satisfaction in employees and customers, automation in working structure, minimization of inventory loss, delivery of product on time, and others. The implementation of wireless entry system helps ABB Grain enterprise to remain ahead of their competitors. “The security system should be installed with the new system to monitor the activities of the organization and promoting non-disclosure of confidential information” (Michael, 2012). It is estimated that the proposed project will be completed within six months. The project will start on 27 April, 2017 and finishes on 27 October, 2017.

Remote server required for the new system should be installed at the Head Office located at Sidney. The information can be accessed remotely customers and employees. Data entry devices should be installed at the site for retrieving the information.

“The sharing of information takes place between customers and employees through verbal communication” (Erik, 2011). Periodically, the information should be shared between stakeholders associate with the organization. It has been analysed that less delivery time and good flow of information are the strength of the organization. Loss of data is the major problem faced by the organization. Real time streaming of data helps in gathering accurate information in regard of stock information.

The feedback and reviews should be collected from the employees and customer to estimate the effectiveness of the wireless data entry system. Remote server is required for storing and transferring of information into the database. Data entry devices are required for accessing the information from the remote server. “Upgrading of the hardware and software according to the installation of the new system should be carried out” (Lu, 20124). Security system should be used for the non-disclosure of the confidential data. The roles and responsibilities of the employees and other associated stakeholder should be clearly defined in the curriculum. The user manual should be provided to the stakeholder which helps in making them familiar with the new system. The strength and weakness of the organization helps in developing project charter of the organization.

The chaos may occur in changing the working tactics of the employees with new data entry system because the technical staffs are well-versed in traditional working environment. The training and development program should be organized for the employees to make them familiar with new working environment. “The customers and employees face problems in acquiring new working atmosphere” (Hall, 2012). The employees are unable to access entire functions of the new system to its full extent.

The meeting of the agenda is to take decision in the direction of evaluating time and budget of the ABB Grain enterprise. The roles and responsibility should be defined to the employees for the efficient working of the new system. “The company is looking forward to develop a new system which keeps them ahead of their competitors” (Samakova 2012). The wireless data entry system is the proposed proposal for the organization.

• Budget: “The budget should be estimated before the installation of the wireless data entry system” (Tollens, 2013). The upgrading of the hardware and software should be done to make the wireless data entry system compatible with it.

A Wireless data entry system plays an important role for influencing the functionality and working structure of the organization. The growth of the organization depends on meeting the criteria of the customers and employees which in turn satisfies their need and requirement. The focus of the new system is to deliver the product to customer on time without any delay. ABB Grain is the leading brand of Australia which wants to remain ahead of their competitors in gaining profit and satisfying the need of the stakeholders. Wireless data entry system provides a smooth functioning to the working atmosphere of the organization.
