The event has some sub-section and all these sub-sections are important for the development of the event. There are some priorities that need to be fulfilled for the successful completion of the event. The goal set for the event is important and that is the reason this event goal setting has been done. After that organize a team is an important matter for every section to formulate in right way. The estimation of the budget is another concerning issue that also handled in the proper way. On the event day, parking facility will be appropriate as the Mayor of Sydney and some celebrities will come, thus this is the right things to be done. The entire logistic system needs to be smooth as the caser car used for the Mayor and other special personals. Entire staffs are right in the process and they know their job role and do all the things in the right manner. The systematic way of guest handling is the key issue and it will plan accordingly. Parking facility, employee’s car places, timely vehicle running and in case of interior controlling catering, music, sound, food, drinks, and all the amusement aspects are controlled in the right manner for this event. The issue of health and safety is a concerning aspect of the business process and that is the reason all hygienic foods will deliver at the event. The security is other important things that need to be mentioned and all the CCTV camera and surveillance system are working in a right manner so that chief guest or the special guest will find the best security in that hotel. The management of Commonwealth Bank of Australia also controlled the promotion of their event in social media, banner and newspaper as this is going to be the latest cultural and inspirational project of the year.

In my academic acceleration, some of the issues I have confronted as these things and they are very important for my future development. The stretch in horizon help me in future. Some of the academic progressions are not known to me and through the process of learning, I have improved my position and decision-making process (Blevins et al. 2015). The issue of communication is the main aspect of this process and in case of organisational effectiveness, the process is essential. The effective nature of improved systematic skill and future decision-making statements are important for the development of self-evaluation. In assignment 2, communication approaches are needed and that learned through the classroom knowledge.
I understand the cultural diversity and business communication processes. The effective learning that gets through the evolving business nature taught in the classroom is associated with the intercultural communication. The language barrier is the key process of this and these conflict situations can be mitigated by the systematic approach of verbal or non-verbal communication (Credé et al. 2012). The usage of communication is the utmost significant things that I have erudite. Organizational leadership wishes to be watchful of what information requirements to be placid when it should be shared and what process should be applied to stake information. The influence of leadership is the utmost stimulating feature to express in the correct place. In my theoretical education, the procedure is recognized to me. The employee engagement is the vibrant impression that I have got in this conference and that assist in the matter of affianced philosophy. This is the classifying nature that improves the business procedure and in that condition, same clarifications are significant for the expansion of the occupational process.

I learned the importance of referencing and citation. In case of the journal the page number, volume number, year, edition number all these are important for the proper referencing. The process is to be relevant also as the improper source may change the perception of the author statement. The reference can be used in at the first of the statement or even in the last of the statement but the relevancy needs to be maintained in each of the cases.
