The collection of data and information in the company has not been properly done due to the lack of resources. The proper official documents were not accessed due to unavailability in the database. The database system of the company has been damaged and data is not stored properly in the database.
The IT objectives of the company have been maintaining by the top management of the company in the market. This has caused many opportunities for the company in the market. The use of the new information system have identified various gaps as there is a lack of training for the employees of the company in the market. The globalization in the IT market have caused he changes in the information system (Sligo et al., 2017). Therefore, due to the lack in knowledge in the staff of the company, the company has been facing various challenges in the market. The gaps in the conceptual model has been properly depicted in the content that helps in maintaining a proper solution to the strategic model of the information system in the market. Because of the drastic changes in IT, and the expanded abilities in associations to convey and abuse those advances, there are an expanding number of uses of IT by worldwide firms in both manufacturing and servicing businesses.
