The increasing growth of industrialization has resulted into critical problem of waste generation and accumulation in the nearby surroundings which have an adverse effect in maintaining ecological balance of the environment. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the problem of waste accumulation and proposed a model for managing waste produced by the organization. 35% of the industrial waste gets accumulated in the landfills of Australia. The potential step should be taken to manage the accumulation of waste so that it does not affect the cultural diversity of environment. The Australian government focusing towards the recycling and reusing of the waste products collected from the industrial areas (Hoveidi, Pari, Vahidi, Pazoki, Kaoulaeian, 2013). The landfills are overloaded with the waste generated from the industry. Therefore, new policies and framework should be developed for controlling and managing the industrial waste.
The environmental conditions are adversely affected by the growing rate of waste generated from the industries and factories. The significant amount of pollutants can be seen in the water and air content. The rise of pollutants is the major hazard for the ill effects on the health of the local people. The people get suffered with the disease like asthma, high blood pressure, cancer, and etc. 35% of the industrial waste gets accumulated in the landfills of Australia (Fernandez, Palacios, and Cabal, 2014). The survey on the industrial site helps in evaluating the ill effects of the pollution and no step is taken by the industries for controlling them. The organization of the waste product is required for the recycling and reusing of the industrial waste.
The aim of the research is to propose a waste management model for the industrial area of Australia. The focus of the research study should be given on the availability of the landfill and proposing control procedures.
The literature review was conducted for the development of the waste management system for controlling the waste accumulated in the industrial areas. The literature review helps in developing the countermeasures for developing waste control policies (Choi, Hye, and Jung, 2016). The research study helps in analysing the type of waste accumulated in the landfills. The indicators are set for measuring the amount of waste generated from the industrial areas. The recycling rate is depends on the amount of waste which is recycled in comparison to the total waste accumulated in the area. The diversion rate helps in specifying the landfilling required for the accumulation of waste which can be used for recycling and reusing of the waste. The waste management process works on managing the segregation of the waste, collection of the waste generated from the industries, storage of waste in the landfill areas, transportation of waste from landfills, and lastly, the management of the waste trough controlling measures (Oznobihina and Pelymskaya, 2017). In the above figure, waste is collected from different sites of industries. The contractor should monitor the waste accumulated in the land fill area for the distribution of non-recyclables and recyclables wastes. The following figure (Source: Hand in Hand. (2015). A proposal for solid waste management (1st ed.) shows the joint waste management strategy in which the contractor and the industries jointly take action to resolve the problem and complexity associated with the waste accumulated in the proposed landfills. The recyclable waste is sent to the recycling unit for developing into usable compounds. The waste processors are used for recycling and reusing of the waste.
The SWOT analysis of the waste management system helps in analysing the strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats which are associated with the development of the waste management system for improving the environmental condition of the locality.
The deployment of the waste management system helps in analysing the accumulation of the waste in the surrounding environment. The waste are effectively stored in the landfill areas and used for developing products by recycling and reusing of the waste stored at the site. The increasing pollution level can be controlled through the effective management of the waste by reusing the recyclable waste for the development of the product. The health problems faced by the local people can be effectively resolved by using the new technology of waste management.
The inefficiency in the strategic plan for the waste management can affect the relationship between client and contractor. The conflicts and chaos between the contractors can affect the management of the waste. The pollution level gets increased if effective measures are not taken for handling the non-recyclable and recyclable waste produced by the industries. The health hazards of the people get rises up such as high blood pressure, asthma, due to the increasing percentage of pollutants in the water and air content. The balancing of the ecological condition gets affected due to the variation in the pollutant (Rahman, 2011).
The implementation of the waste management system opens door for the development of clean and safe location with the reduced amount of pollutant in the water and air content. The workers can get engaged in work for managing waste and using for recycling them. The integration of waste management system can attract the foreign investors to invest in the nation which result in the economic condition and GDP of the country (Mwanza, and Phiri, 20103).
The dumbing of waste in the water can result into health hazard of the common people. The presence of lead content in the air and water increases the chance of cancer to be occurred due to the excessive intake of polluted air and water. The inefficiency of the contractor to manage the waste due to the excessive amount of waste produced from industries due to the industrial explosion (Engineering and consulting firms association, 2010).
The initialization of the waste management system helps in keeping the environment clean and safe. The percentage of pollutants in the air and water can be effectively reduced and minimized. The conversion of waste into energy helps in providing electricity for the domestic purposes (Hand in Hand, 2015). The health problems faced by the local people can be effectively resolved by using the new technology of waste management.
The Qualitative approach is used for collecting data to study the requirement of the waste management system due to the excessive growth of industries in Australia. The offline and online sources are preferred to gather data for the analysis of the waste control system. The interviews and questionnaires are arranged with the industrial professional to highlight the impact of using waste management system for controlling the accumulation of waste in the nearby surroundings (Caetano, Depizzol, and Reis, 2016). The review meetings with the contractor are arranged to analyse the process which can be used for managing the waste of the landfills. The impact of waste management system can be analysed by the positive response of the professional experts.

Waste prevention: The accumulation of waste should be reduced so that less matrix is required for managing it in different location.
Reusing: The recyclable waste should be reused for the development of the by-products
Recycling: The waste which can used again for production should be recycled again in the industries for productivity
Conversion of waste to energy: The waste stored at the landfills should be used for the manufacturing of the electrical energy.
Landfills: The non-recyclable components should be dumbed in the soil so that no ill-effect can be caused to the air and water content.

From the above table e can analyse that the working efficiency of managing the waste depends on the recycling capability of it (Agarwal, Chaudhary, and Singh, 2015). The Joint waste management strategy helps in converting the waste to the energy and using it for the development of by-products of the recyclable components. It has been analysed that the division of the recyclable and non-recyclable component is the core processes for the waste management system because the recyclable compounds are used for the development of the by-product whereas the non-recyclable compounds are dumped into the landfill areas.
Conclusion
The research study helps in concluding that the effective mechanism for controlling and managing waste is required for the upgrading of the industry growth and reducing the ill effects which can be caused by the growing percentage of waste in the location. It has been analysed that the division of the recyclable and non-recyclable component is the core processes for the waste management system because the recyclable compounds are used for the development of the by-product whereas the non-recyclable compounds are dumped into the landfill areas.
