Ernst & Young and DS Lewsen, the auditors of Wesfarmers, have stated an unqualified opinion in the auditor’s report of Wesfarmers (Annual Report and Shareholder Review of Wesfarmers, 2016). Auditor of Wesfarmers had provided assurance that all financial statements are prepared as per of Australian accounting standards and applicable financial reporting framework.
