The paper intends to discuss the analysis of the Enterprise Environmental factors and evaluate the impact of this factors on the project management. The enterprise environmental factors are external and internal factors that are out of control of the organization and effects the success of the project (Shaul & Tauber, 2013). The internal factors included in the enterprise environmental factors are the project manager, project members, culture, resources, customer, structure and the stakeholders. The external factors that affect the EEF are social, political, legal, economic and environmental. The concerned company for the analysis of this project is Quasar Communication Inc. The Quasar communication is a leading communication based company, and they have a 350 million dollar division of international communication system. The company is concerned about efficient project management of the Research and development department, small customer project and the large customer project and capital equipment project management. The paper would provide the strategies to implement the actions required for efficient project management and the communication plan for stakeholders.
The Enterprise Environmental factors are the unfavorable conditions which are not in the control of the organization and can influence the project management. The EEF is both internal and external in nature. The consideration of enterprise environmental factors is important at the initialization of the project (Walker, 2015). This paper will consider the Quasar Communication, Inc. which is the largest communication company in order to present the impact analysis.
External Factors:
The factors that affect the organization from outside or which are external to the organizational entities are called external factors. The various examples of external factors can be social, political, legal, economic and environmental. The external factors affecting the project management can be described with the help of PESTLE analysis.
Political Factors: The research and development department of Quasar are trying to introduce new technologies and products which are likely to get affected by the current political scenario of Israel. The foreign trade policies can affect the export and import of the products and services of Quasar Communication Inc. The consequences of these political factors can be changed in the infrastructure of the company, trade policies and productivity (Carvalho, Patah & Souza, 2015).
Economic Factors: The economic factors that affect the communication based company quasar are increasing the productivity of developing countries, increase in the rate of interest, availability of labor and globalization. The company is required to assess the economic status and fluctuation report of the country with whom they are dealing.
Social Factors: There is a demand for quality products with the improvement in communication technology, and this situation increases the competition for Quasar. The awareness of ethics and is essential for a communication based company as it is important to provide privacy to the customers. The impact of the social factors can be that the company requires modification in their services in order to compete effectively with the emerging communication based companies.
Legal factors: The Quasar is involved in the marketing of cellular gateway terminal to the different organization and government agencies. The consequences of the legal factors on the Quasar are that they should increase consumer protection and should abide by legislations for immigration laws.

Customers: Customers of Quasar Inc. are the significant internal factor that affects the project of the company. The impact analysis of customers can be achieved by understanding the weakness and opportunities of the company. The problems that can be faced by the customers are lack of engagement, a sudden change in project and delay in the delivery. The opportunities that the company can provide are enhanced technology, quality products and better services to the customers.
Project Management and Team Members: The project and team members can affect the control over the manager over the project. The threat of project management and team to the Quasar communication can be ineffective communication, the absence of integration among various project, poor structuring of resource planning, poor authority and lack of priority for the project management (Marcelino-Sádaba, González-Jaen & Pérez-Ezcurdia, 2015). The consequences of these factors can be decreased in the productivity and integrity of the company. The structured collaboration and integration can be helpful for effective project management. The process of formal sharing of information among the team members can be helpful.
Culture and Structure: The Quasar Inc. is having the benefits of being a leading organization for 30 years and revenue of 350 million dollars. In spite of having these strengths, the company faces problems such as the weakness in the governance, fragmented structure, unclear authority and the reluctance to change. The company can provide a better structure and work culture for the team members.
Alignment of the Strategy: It is important to align the requirement of the project and the process to be adopted. The project manager should define the objectives, goals and outcomes of the project in order to achieve proper implementation of the project.
Effective Communication with the team: The basic requirement of the project management is clear and brief communication with the team members and the relevant stakeholders. This will lead to clarification of misconception and doubts among the team members (Too & Weaver, 2014). Acknowledging the Achievements: The breakdown of the project in the number of phases can increase the ease of achieving the project target. The team members and the project manager should acknowledge the achievement of each phase of the project.
Maintain the Integrity of the Team: The team leader or team members should consider each and every member of the team at the time of taking any project related decision. The concept of giving priority to the decision of a single member or leader is not acceptable in the case of project management.

Reporting: The process of reporting is helpful for demonstrating the proper running of the project. It is the duty of the project manager to make reports and schedules for the project. The process of reporting includes graphs and bar charts of the progress of the project. The efficient reporting can be done by providing the information like the status report of the project, requirements of the stakeholders and audit reports (Scandelius & Cohen, 2016).
Marketing and PR: The communication process includes marketing and public relations. The strategies that can be used are projected newsletter, creating awareness, testimonials and project investigation. Effective PR campaign should be used to properly communicate with the stakeholders.
Purposeful communication: This is the method of planned communication in order to inform stakeholders about starting a new plan. The network to build pressure through the stakeholders is important for effective communication (Beringer, Jonas & Kock, 2013). This type of communication can be useful for taking the review of stakeholders at the time of risk management. This kind of strategic approach would be efficient for the proper communication with the stakeholders and can have a positive effect on the project management of the company.
