The following assignment has been developed for understanding the development of the activities and the implication of smart project development management. The project of construction of the Apex complex would require the implication of the improved management operations. The significant management would be implied with the help of project management operations and it would also be helpful for taking care of the work related to the management of the works.
The resources have been used predominantly and there has been no usage limitation for the resources required in the project. The development of the resource limitations to usage limitation can be understood with the implication of the improved functional development. The resource usages has been limited to the effective and improved management processing. The following table would show the constrained and unconstrained project resources

The unlevelled project resources were AutoCAD drafts man, Estimator-Compiler, and Snr Stuctural Engineer. The max values of the resources for the project had been decreased to 60% of the actual 100% due to the constraint factors. It resulted in overallocation of the work and requirement for the levelling of the work done. The constrained unlevelled project resource usage is given below,
The screenshot has clearly indicated that there is over allocation issues in the completion of the project for task ID 1.2.3 and 1.2.5. It is due to the fact that the resource constraints of AutoCAD draftsmen and estimator compiler. If the resource limitation is applied and the optimum duration of the whole project is considered, it is possible that the over allocation can be dealt with. Hence, we decreased the percentage of resource usage and modify the resource percentage for getting the optimum schedule for the project. The constrained levelled project resource usage is given below,
