It is found that if the product delivery schedule was added earlier within the scope of the project then the debacle that has occurred within the project would have avoided the additionally the sales of the organization would have not also get affected. Thus, I have analyzed that as the project manager who is mainly involved with the above project lacks those characteristics can generally cause a problem within the project.

From the case that I have analyzed, it is identified that proper communication, as well as collaboration within the team members, are very much necessary for executing the project successfully.
