The intelligent information Inc. company had its branches in various countries having strength of 100000 working employees. The expansion of the enterprise in the international market increased pressure on managing big data of the organization. The firm should implements big data analytical tools for managing the big data of the enterprise for increasing the easy retrieval of information for increasing the capability of the business functional program. The big data analytics helps the organization to provide new opportunities for generating revenue for the organization. The organization can generate effective marketing schemes and policies, customer support service, increasing operational capabilities, gaining competitive advantage, and others with the use of big data analytics technology for storing the data in the database. .
The deployment of the big data analytics is the best solution for managing the big data of the enterprise. The Hadoop file structure should be installed in the cloud architecture of the enterprise for managing the big data and its retrieval. It is the cost effective technology. The map reduces policies and framework is used for managing the data on the Hadoop file structure. The decision making capabilities of the project owner can be explored with the fast retrieval of the information on their demand. The customer level of satisfaction can be effectively improved by increasing the productivity of the organization. In this paper, we are looking forward to develop the work breakdown structure for the implementation of the big data analytics in the working portal of the enterprise. We will also focus on the development of network diagram, milestone using SMART objective, resource table, budget table, RACI table, risk register table, and others. 2. 8. Risks Register Table The big data analytics helps the organization to provide new opportunities for generating revenue for the organization. The organization can generate effective marketing schemes and policies, customer support service, increasing operational capabilities, gaining competitive advantage, and others with the use of big data analytics tools in the business premises. The risks associated with the deployment of the big data analytics for the management of big data of the enterprise are categorised into five major categorise which are operational risks, financial risks, security risks, technical risks, and communication risks (Marz and Warren, 2015. Risks Identification Categorisation of the risks Probability Description Ineffective Scope Operational Risks High Improper business Management plan operational plan which can results into project delay and overrunning of the costs (Monappa, 2017).
Overrunning of the budget Financial Risks Very high Improper management of the project schedule Hidden cost No Market analysis for fixing the costs with the resources (Mansfield community, 2013) Inclusion of viruses, malwares, and cyber attack Security risks High Modification in the data Manipulation of the information Improper deployment of big data analytics Technical risks Low Inefficiency in the management of the big data Ineffective communication plan Communication risks Medium Improper management of resources and communication between staff members Inefficiency in managing data Security risks High Ineffective management of data confidentiality and integrity and accuracy in the business process
