The organization system is affected by the socio-technical systems model as the main problem lies in the leadership of this team. The technological system relates to the primary functions operations and activities for producing the output of the system. This system is affected by the frivolous nature of the team leader and incapability to utilize the available resources for the success of the projects. The activities of the team members are not monitored by the leader for which the performance of the team is getting deteriorated (Van et al. 2018). The structural subsystem is related with the design policies and processes of the teams which mainly depend on the work patters of the team leader. In this case the work pattern of the leader is not clear to the team members hence no cooperation is built among them regarding works.
The psychological subsystem is the network of the social relationships as well as behavioral patterns of the members like playing proper roles, norms and communications (Wu et al. 2018). In this case the leader has more connectivity with the teams other than his own. His behavior with this own team members is not acceptable in an organiostioanl context and he is not respected by the members. This leader has failed in serving the managerial subsystem also as he failed to direct the team to coordinate and organization to achieve the basis goal of the project. Hence the organization systems are affected and needed a leadership change for achieving success in the project.
