Achievement of Team Cohesion
Team cohesion is considered to an essential requirement for a group work or project. In this particular work, all the team members have performed excellently well in order to build suitable team cohesion that was necessary (Salas et al., 2015). Based on the performances of the team members in maintaining team cohesion, suitable rewards will provided to each and every one of them that will reflect their effort in the group work.
Participation in the Team Meeting
All team members are required to take part in the team meeting. The main emphasis of the meeting is to gather ideas from each and every one of the team members that will help to enhance the course and quality of work during this group venture. Hence, participation of all the members is required and during the meeting, each member will be allowed to express their ideas within a specified time period.
