The company also sells shoes an e-commerce and m-commerce stores for providing wider range of option to the customers. However in order to improve the business and compete in the market more efficiently proper strategies are need for streamline operation , improved decision making and effective communication with the customer. These three sections are important for successful business irrespective of the market position and requirement (Legner, Urbach & Nolte , 2016).
