The home health care service has been addressing the countries patients in different ways thus increasing total number of customers for the health care organisations (CVS Home Health Agency, 2017). The above drawn map depicts the exact amount of business sources and referrals that bring huge amount of customers to CVS. The referrals have been segmented into 3 parts as per their contribution. 10% of the total referrals are the serving nurses who take care of the patients during health home service. 60% of the total referrals are customers who have already received services from CVS. Hence they are the self referrals. Rest 30% referrals are the visiting doctors to the patients’ home and the surgeons called for emergency cases.
