From the analysis of assignment1, it is analyzed that the appropriate structure of an organization can support the team member to make an appropriate decision. As a result, an organization can be able to increase their productivity in long-term. In addition, it can also be said that an organization has used the effective communication method to communicate with each other and get liable outcome Coca-Cola is categorized the level of management into three parts such as top, middle, and, low-level management (Jaques, 2017). It can be effective to categorize the issues in parts that can support to make an appropriate decision. These departments help managers of Coca-Cola to take an appropriate decision and get the feasible outcome in less time and cost. Moreover, it is also found that these managers play an imperative role in three areas like interpersonal, informational, and decision making of an organization. In addition, it is also addressed that managers of Coca-Cola have used the Henry Feyol theory to motivate the shareholder and lead them to attain the specified goal of the organization. This theory enables managers of an organization to make a positive environment at the working place and motivate the employees to work at the working place. Moreover, management has also used the ethical norms to conduct the ethical behavior at the working place and make a distinguish image of the company in the market (Warwick, 2014).
As an employee of Coca-cola, I will use the inductive approach to collect the data in the context of company issues. The inductive approaches enable me to collect the theoretical data towards the research issue or problem of the organization. In addition, there are two kinds of methods such as primary and secondary data collection method will use by me to pool the adequate information towards the research dilemma (Nicolson, 2015). Moreover, the primary data collection method is used to collect the fresh data towards the research issues. It considers survey through a questionnaire, observation, and interview method to collect the primary data. Besides this, the secondary data collection method helps to gather the theoretical understanding towards the research issues including many sources such as books, journals, articles, and online sources. On the other side, I used the self-awareness tool to critically analysis my personality. In addition, I also implied different types of sources like conversations, emails, corporate artifacts to collect the appropriate data. As a result, I can be able to improve the financial performance of an organization in predetermining time and cost. Moreover, Myers-Brigs Type Indicator tool is implied by me to improve my personality systematically (Warwick, 2014).

From the analysis SWOT, I analysed that I have certain strengths such as handle a large number of employees and clients, higher social competences, and strong creative leadership. Others are reputation in the custody, manufacturing capability, collaborative procedure, and prompt decision making (Lin, 2014). It can be supportive to improve my productivity in the organization.
In oppose to this, I observed that I have different kinds of weaknesses like lack of communication skills, investment philosophy and process of low importance, and lack of investment philosophy and track record. Hence, it can be said that these factors can negative impact on my performance. It can also create a threat regarding the sustainability of my job.
It is also illustrated that I also addressed that the prompt decision-making characteristics help me to attain the goal and enhance the profitability of a Coca-Cola in specified time. In addition, it is also stated that manufacturing capability enables me to gain the productivity of Coca-Cola. Moreover, I addressed that I have capability to positively lead and motivate other that can shows my leadership skills. It can help me to better performance at the working place (Örtenblad, et al., 2014).
On the other hand, it can also be addressed that robust regulatory environment can be a major issue for me because it can negative impact on the growth of the business. As an employee, I have also threat of low compensation due to the higher competitive environment, which can affect my performance. In addition, it is also analyzed that an employee is also mandated to make a positive relationship with consumer for enhancing the productivity of organization that can also be a major threat for me. Beside this, it is also stated that I consider each factor of threat for improving my personal and professional life in long-term (Vasu, et al., 2017). It is also analyzed that strength and opportunity of employee can positive impact on the performance of organization and employee while threat and weakness can negatively influence the performance. Hence, it can also be said that as an employee of Coca-Cola, I should need to improve my weaknesses by using effective strategies (Pugh, et al., 2016).
Organisational Fit
From the analysis of SWOT, I observed that I have many qualities that can help to sustain me in the workplace. As an employee of Coca-cola, I am capable to handle a large number of employees and shareholder in less time and cost. It can positively influence the growth and productivity of Coca-Cola. I have also higher social competencies that can help me to make an effective relationship with clients. As a result, I can be able to get the feasible result and sustain my position at the workplace for long-term (Stadtler, 2015). I have also creative leadership style by which I can inspire a large number of employees towards their work. Consequently, employees are able to accomplish the specified goal of the organization in less time and cost. Hence, it can be said that the leadership style can help me to improve my productivity and organizational performance in limited time. Moreover, I have also the ability to take a prompt decision in oppose to the situation. As a result, I am able to retain my place in Coca-Cola. Beside this, it is also analyzed that there are different factors such as lack of communication skills, lack of investment-related decision, and investment philosophy procedure that can force me to leave the position of Coca-Cola. In addition, I have used many strategies to eliminate my weakness and sustain my position in long-term (DiPaola, et al., 2014).
Diversity can be an important factor that can positive impact on the growth of business and operates the business process in the right direction. The diversity can occur in different culture and interest of shareholders. Coca-Cola can use many strategies such as recognition, fairness; encourage interaction, and shareholder assessment to gain the productivity of Coca-cola (Bolman, et al., 2017). An organization can recognize the differences between shareholders and celebrate their differences in a positive manner due to operating the business in an effective manner. In addition, it is also evaluated that the strategy of diversity can be strength for an organization because it enables the organization to fairly treat with a shareholder that can make a positive image in the shareholder mind. As a result, the company can gain their productivity for long-term. Through diversity strategy, the company can evaluate the performance of shareholder and lead them to accomplish the goal of an organization. On the other side, it is stated that it can offer the opportunity to the Coca-Cola to gain their profitability in less time and cost (Stadtler, 2015). Diversity strategy can also enable the organization to evaluate their policy and activities regarding the shareholder due to attracting a large number of consumers and shareholder in less time. It can be a favorable impact on the financial condition of Coca-Cola. In addition, once an organization identifies the diversity issue at the working place then they can discuss with shareholders in a non-confrontational way. Through this strategy, the company can enable the employee to give their contribution at the workplace due to getting the feasible result. In addition, it can also be said that the diversity of strategy cannot a negative impact on the growth of business (Goetsch, et al., 2014).
