Global growth indicates the overall development of the situation for different countries. The development includes economic development, technological development, and social development. The use of emerging technologies is helping different countries to achieve more innovative solutions in different sectors. However, the present situation demands the concern about maintaining sustainability in the action of the development (Jain, Bhatia and Pathak 2014). Maintaining sustainability ensures that the development and the growth will be achieved by meeting all the requirements along with raising the opportunity for future growth. The sustainability can be achieved through economic sustainability, technological sustainability, and social sustainability (Hajjari et al. 2017). To achieve sustainability in global growth, the changes in the process of the different developing systems are needed to be done. From this concept, the innovation of green technology is invented.
The global growth is needed for a better future. However, maintaining sustainability is also an important thing for proper development. It has become a challenge to the business organizations and the policymakers to implement the steps for the growth along with maintaining sustainability (Chand, Sirohi and Sirohi 2015). It has been seen that the reconcile between sustainability, and global growth can be possible through different strategies. There are three components of maintaining environmental sustainability- environmental, social and economic.

Early Community Development model: This model is also known as the circle of influences. The factors of sustainability are treated as separate disciplines in this model. According to the United Nations community development is described as the process where the members of the community come together to take collective initiatives for the development of the environment, social and economic factors (Mehta and Karpouzoglou 2015). This community development model can be mapped into professional practices. There are different governing bodies like the International Association for Community Development to control this practice in doing the business.
With the help of the practice of sustainability through this model, business organizations and the policymakers can take different initiatives to preserve the environment and maintain the balance in the climate (Levänen et al. 2016). The organizations and the nations are taking decisions of mitigating the emission of the carbon. This joint initiative is helping to reduce the carbon emission and the level of pollution in the environment. The mitigation of pollution is a way to prevent a rapid change in climate.
With the initiative to mitigate the carbon emission, the use of renewable energy is adopted by most of the organization. The use of renewable energy is the part of green technology initiatives. There are some of the advantages of maintaining social sustainability as it helps the organization to explore new markets (Jose 2017). This will help to enhance the global growth along with preserving viability. Through sustainable practice, the moral of the organization would be improved along with the employee engagement and the increase in productivity. One of the methods regarding social sustainability is the practice of corporate social responsibility by the business organizations.
Apart from that, it is the responsibility of the government and organization to take care of human rights. The policies are made to protect human rights and ethics while conducting the business (Wei, Ramalho and Mandin 2015). The sustainability from the social perspective can be maintained by creating decent jobs for the propel and managing human rights along with the living standards of the people. Apart from that investing to support social sustainability can be helpful for maintaining sustainability.

This is increasing air pollution in India. It has been seen that air pollution is occurring form the farming practices of this country. Habits of people like smoking in public places and the growth of the population are the main reason for the air pollution in India.
Reducing air pollution and maintaining sustainability:
To preserve the overall growth supporting the viability in India the mitigation of air pollution is needed to be controlled. Reduction of the air pollution can be made through two steps- making the clean source of energy and use of renewable resources, use of advanced technology and making people aware about the negative impact of the air pollution.
The clean source of energy can be achieved through the use of renewable energy which supports the concept of energy conservation (Tallis et al. 2017). The application of renewable energy can be made through the use of solar energy. This will help to mitigate the carbon emission in the air and achieve a sustainable environment. Apart from that, the use of renewable energy will support the industry and the households to reduce the overhead cost, and economic and social sustainability can be achieved.
Making people aware of the importance of reducing air pollution and its role in maintaining sustainability is another important part. Developing countries like India, the effect of air pollution is on the public health and use of resources. Community-level approaches can be taken to mitigate the pollution from the household (Kalyani and Pandey 2014). The purpose of clean energy resources in the household functioning can be helpful in this situation. People are needed to be aware of the adverse effects of smoking at the public place. The awareness campaign can be taken place in this case (Hanna, Duflo and Greenstone 2016). In the industrial sector, the innovation and the use of green technology and automation will help to reduce the emission of carbon. People are needed to be motivated to use cycle and other eco-friendly vehicles for traveling instead of frequent use of petrol or diesel cars. Moreover, the relocation of the heavy industry outside of the urban area can help to reduce the pollution level.
