The objective of this week’s topic is to make sure you have an appreciation of the Role of the Project Manager in Commercial Negotiation. Try to ask yourself the questions that were in the slides in the 6thweek’s lecture:- 1. What is the influence of Trust upon Commercial Negotiation? The major issue that the data has been dealing with is the acceptance of the products and services. The help of the factor that ensures that the trust of the global audience increases which leads to the fact that the global acceptance of the products and the services increases does this. 2. Can Trust be changed by Political Interests? The most trusted organization of the country is the government itself. In case the organization faces a fight with the government and the conflict between the government and the company increases, in that case the trust of the global guidance as well as the local audience will decrease leading to the fact that the stature of the organization declines. 3. Does Trust assist in Commercial Conflict Resolution? Trust issues has a huge impact on the processing of the business which will ensure the fact that business grows immensely with the fact of entrusting the organization increases the goodwill of the organization. This in turn increases the popularity of the organization and the brand loyalty increases. 4. What is the influence of Collaboration Frameworks upon Commercial Negotiation? Trust issues acts to be the main source that acts as the major collaborative resolving among two organizations. This fact ensures that both the organization has an equal amount of data respect and trust for each other, which is important for the commercial negotiation. 5. Can Co-learning between Teams change the outcomes of Commercial Negotiation? Co learning is supposedly change the outcome of the negotiation as in this case both the organizations has information about each other which ensures the fact that the organizations are well prepared before getting into a deal. 6. In what way does taking the Perspective of others help or hinder Commercial Negotiation? Talking helps in gaining information about the other organization. This ensures the fact that the data of the other company is already known to the company with whom they are dealing. This takes into consideration the fact that the data of both the company is known to each other hence the dealings that will be performed will be transparent in nature, hence catalysing the deal. 7. How does Social Capital impact on Commercial Negotiation? Social capital helps in deciding the total worth of the business. This is required for the sanction of loan. This ensure that the data that are stored in the database. It will get easier for getting the loan for the progress of the organization.
