However, the three categories of trusts that has been focused on in developing business communication and conflict resolution is said to be working best collectively as all of them are interconnected.
This research work includes charts and pictorial depictions which makes it easier for the readers to get a better analysis of the study. However the paper lacks comprehensiveness as other models of conflict resolution and communication could have been given here in order to do a comparative analysis.

Some stages have been mentioned here such as SIP, DINE and DANCE to include about 8 steps of conflict resolution in business (Williams et al., 2019).
This is a concise paper that has focused on the inclusion of secondary data which will be useful for future research on similar topics. This paper however lacks a crispness of tone and a detailed structure which adds to some of the discrepancies regarding the journal.
